Mississippi Islamic State recruit gets 8 years in prison, thinks FBI just swell

Muhammad-DakhlallaOXFORD, Miss. —A Mississippi man who once tried to join the Islamic State group credits FBI agents who arrested him at an airport before he could depart with saving his life.

U.S. District Judge Sharion Aycock sentenced Muhammad Dakhlalla to eight years in prison and 15 years of probation Wednesday. Dakhlalla, 22, pleaded guilty in March to a federal terrorism charge.

Dakhlalla, of Starkville, said he didn’t then understand then what the Islamic State represented, saying he was misled by videos he watched with former fiancee Jaelyn Young that showed Islamic State members helping people in Syria and Iraq.

I see. So he somehow missed all those beheading videos… right.

I was at the hospital the other day while my son was getting some day surgery. I picked up a copy of the Winnipeg Free Press to pass the time.
You wouldn’t believe how thin that rag is now.
When I was a kid delivering it the weekday edition was easily seventy pages plus inserts.
Now, it’s as thick as Burger King bacon.

The smart grad chump got 8 and his manipulating freshman biatch got 12.
Guess both of them will be running the libraries in their respective prisons.
