Wynne’s government is spending money it doesn’t have on a stock market gamble

TORONTO – Premier Kathleen Wynne’s Liberal government predicts it will get $1.9 billion annually in new revenue from cap-and-trade beginning next year.

Whatever it gets will be paid for by Ontarians through higher retail prices on most goods and services, since most consume fossil fuel energy.

    Don’t forget to thank them.

I think this might be illegal in Canada, even when the government does it.
They are using their “insider knowledge” of how government policy will affect a stock price, and virtually always, this is REALLY ILLEGAL.
