‘Is there something wrong with saying that?’: Trump insists he was RIGHT to call Obama ‘the founder of ISIS’ as he calls himself a ‘truth-teller’ and refuses to backtrack on gun-rights controversy

Trump seemed unaware of the storm of controversy his new claim generated overnight.

‘Why? Is there something wrong with saying that?’ he asked the financial news network’s hosts. ‘Why? are people complaining that I said he was the founder of ISIS?’

‘I’m a truth-teller,’ he added. ‘All I do is tell the truth, and if at the end of 90 days I’ve fallen short … it’s okay. You know, I go back to a very good way of life. It’s not what I’m looking to do. I think we’re going to have a victory, but we’ll see.’

  • Damn right he was right.

  • I have to give him credit: he calls ’em like he sees ’em. Trump’s best quality is that he isn’t beholden to anyone, and that is why the press detests him – he’s uncontrollable by them and they have never had to deal with that before.

Personally, I think we could do without the wild hyperbole (from either camp). I appreciate that he’s taken the establishment out back and worked them over with a 2×4, but now he needs to dust of his hands and sit down and sell the deal to the skeptical and undecided who can still be swayed.

By all means, take an occasional break to kick them in the ribs again, but he’s not making gains beating a dead horse while his preaching choir cheers him on, to mix and mangle metaphors.

Obama surrendered the peace and created isis. No mystery.

Like ones connecting Clinton led State Department running of weapons through Libya “falling” into ISIS hands.

Now, now. Credit where credit is due. Mohammed is the true founder of ISIS. Obama is just a fellow, narcissistic wannabe.
