ISIS captures 3,000 Iraqis trying to flee from their village before opening fire and executing 12 of them

ISIS has reportedly captured almost 3,000 people who were fleeing from a village in Iraq before executing 12 of them.

A report by the UN refugee agency said the refugees were trying to leave villages in the Hawiga District of Kirkuk when the extremists rounded them up and took them hostage.
