Islam may be illegal under Danish law

There is not full religious freedom in Denmark. Religious communities that teach things that contradict with a) Danish customs and b) the democratic order, is not legal. Thus Islam could actually be illegal in Denmark, writes the Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet.

The Danish constitution §67 reads: “Citizens have the right to form congregations for the worship of God in the manner that consistent with their convictions, provided that nothing is taught or done which is contrary to morals or public order.”
