Judge Rules ‘I Hate White People’ Attack Not A Hate Crime

Calgary provincial court judge ruled that an aboriginal woman knocking out the tooth of a white woman while yelling “I hate white people” does not constitute a hate crime.

  • Racism is alright when SOME people do it.

    • Drunk_by_Noon

      “SOME” = non-whites

      • BillyHW

Whites are the least racist people on earth, which is why they are committing civilizational suicide and allowing themselves to be ethnically cleansed wherever they are.

        • After all who freed the slaves?

I’m planning on sticking around. This cracker might resist.

      • Pretty much, yes.

    Words fail me…..

  • BillyHW

It’s a total mystery why she did it. I’m not sure if we’ll ever get to the bottom of this one.

Who knew retards could be judges?

    • terrence22

Being a retard is becoming a requirement for being judge

Indians are babied, they never grow up…

Would the sentencing have been different if the victim’s name had been Lydia Black, and Mrs Crowchief had yelled that she hated all black people ??! Is this just a family feud between the Crowchiefs and the Whites ?

  • Exile1981

Ms. Crowchief previously beat up a mentally handicapped women for testifying in a murder trial.

Silly white woman, doesn’t she realize that (regardless of the pesky legal or dictionary definitions) non-whites can’t possibly be “racist” and only whites commit “hate crimes”?

Pretty much every white person I know (including myself) who grew up in Canadian cities with a large aboriginal minority have experienced some racist violence or verbal abuse. Women are preferred targets, as they are for all kinds of bullies, because they are less likely to fight back. I remember an older female customer at a store where I worked, who was traumatized by a totally unprovoked attack at a downtown bus stop, in which an aboriginal woman grabbed and tried to rip out her dyed blond hair. She was so upset by the attack she had her hair cut short immediately afterward, and started letting her grey roots grow out, fearing that she had been particularly targeted because of it. She was terrified of coming downtown by herself afterward. Terms like “honky” and “whitey” are common examples of random verbal abuse. I was once crossing an intersection and an aboriginal man nearby on a bike yelled at a passing car to “Run her over!” I’ve had to step off the curb onto the road because three or four aboriginal men walking on the sidewalk refused to move to let me pass, or tried to touch me. They think it’s a big joke. Obviously not all aboriginals are like this. But it’s ridiculous to say that these behaviours are not racism. It exists on both sides, and is equally inexcusable.

  • Couldn’t care less about the racism angle. What I care about is who’s paying for the dental work (not covered by public insurance)? If the Judge didn’t order the perp to pay for dental work and damages then as far as I’m concerned that was the biggest injustice committed in the case. Not “racism”.

I have always been strongly against the bogus “hate crime” crap, but as long as it exists on the books I wager that had the white woman done to the Native woman, the same judge would have rule it a “hate crime”.
