Neil DeGrasse Tyson’s ‘Rationalia’ Would Be A Terrible Country

Neil deGrasse Tyson says we need a new country called Rationalia. Based on whose rationality?

Britain’s vote to leave the European Union has apparently gotten everyone thinking about declaring independence or starting new countries. #Texit was trending on Twitter after the Supreme Court overturned the Lone Star State’s regulations on abortion clinics. Some on the other side of the aisle—like astrophysicist and “Cosmos” host Neil deGrasse Tyson—appear to be thinking about their own kind of exit.

Yes, that’s w2ho we need to rule us, an Affirmative Action Astronomer.

An astronomer who thinks that basically an online group/website is the same as real country. These idiots spend so much time tweeting each other and reading each other’s Facebook posts that they think it has as much influence as real work, real businesses with real products.

Go play more Sims and make yourself president of your make believe “country”.

No, there is no need for any of them to start new countries. They have plenty from which to choose on the continent, and until Brexit is implemented they are free to move and live there. Goodness do they not all claim how much they want to remain within the EU, so bag your bags and get the hell out.

  • Saint Thomas More invented the word utopia.

Many different utopias have been attempted and failed.

I thought, as a scholar, Mr. Tyson would have known that.

Britain will become another continent when the Scottish vote for another referendum , the Northern Ireland and the mayor of London will decide to make the city another Mecca.
