State Department Won’t Release Clinton Foundation Emails for 27 Months
Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.
If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.
David N. Bossie, president of Citizens United, which requested the documents under the Freedom of Information Act, called the delay “totally unacceptable” and charged that “the State Department is using taxpayer dollars to protect their candidate, Hillary Clinton.”
Federal regulation of Internet coming, warn FCC, FEC commissioners
Democrats targeting content and control of the Internet, especially from conservative sources, are pushing hard to layer on new regulations and even censorship under the guise of promoting diversity while policing bullying, warn commissioners from the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Election Commission.
“Protecting freedom on the Internet is just one vote away,” said Lee E. Goodman, a commissioner on the FEC which is divided three Democrats to three Republicans. “There is a cloud over your free speech.”
Freedom of speech on the Internet, added Ajit Pai, commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission, “is increasingly under threat.”
Mitt Romney: My Family Still Wants Me to Run
Speaking with John Dickerson at the Aspen Ideas Festival Wednesday, Romney said, “My wife and kids wanted me to run again this time… I got an email from one of my sons yesterday, saying ‘You gotta get in, Dad. You gotta get in.’”
Romney voiced concern, however, that without the full backing of his party, he wouldn’t have much success.
Romney went on to tell Dickerson that he did not think he would do well as an independent candidate.
Judge upholds voter citizenship checks
Kansas, Alabama and Georgia can demand their residents submit proof of citizenship before signing up to vote even if they’re using the federal government’s registration forms, a judge said Wednesday, delivering a win to states concerned about voter fraud.
The League of Women Voters and the Obama administration had tried to halt the practice, arguing that federal law doesn’t require an extensive citizenship check when people register to vote, and saying the three states were imposing an extra burden on voters.
But Judge Richard J. Leon said that while it may be an inconvenience to require proof of citizenship, and voter registration drives may have to do more work to get folks signed up, it’s not an insurmountable burden — and certainly less so than trying to explain Obamacare.
Wikipedia removes Orlando jihad massacre from ‘Islamist Terror Attack’ list
“An editor named Bastun further claimed that just because Omar Mateen pledged allegiance to ISIS, that doesn’t mean that his actions were indicative of the Islamic group. ‘The world’s asylums are full of people who claim they’re Napoleon. If one of them attacks a psychiatric nurse, we don’t attribute the attack to the French Empire – even if clickbaity tabloids or reactionary sources do.’ said Bastun.”
So even when a Muslim says that he is massacring people in the name of the Islamic State, it’s not an “Islamist terror attack.” What would Wikipedia consider sufficient evidence to establish that something was an “Islamist terror attack”? Apparently nothing. Wikipedia, as a prime outpost of the political and media elites’ spin on events, is steadfastly refusing to recognize that such a thing could have happened in Orlando.
New York Times Censors Another Best-Selling Conservative Author….Writing on Free Speech
The New York Times appears to be playing games again with conservative authors, trying to keep them off its vaunted (and secretively manipulated) Best Sellers list. This has happened to Ted Cruz, to Dinesh D’Souza, and to David Limbaugh.
This case is more ironic: Wall Street Journal columnist Kimberley Strassel has a new book out called The Intimidation Game: How the Left Is Silencing Free Speech.
Kerry Reveals Left’s Plan to Undo Brexit (And They’ll Do the Same If Trump Wins)
At the Aspen Ideas Festival, Kerry “was asked if Britain’s decision could be ‘walked back,’ and if so, how. Kerry responded: ‘I think there are a number of ways. I don’t, as secretary of state, want to throw them out today. I think that would be a mistake. But there are a number of ways.'”
They are thinking about what they can do to reverse that vote and Kerry has admitted it.
Media suddenly SILENT about that Islamophobic “hate crime” in London — could THIS be why?
When police in London identified and charged the suspect, they only charged her with common assault—not anything “hate” motivated.
More curiously, they refused to name her, which is a stark departure from their usual practices, through which the names of anyone charged are released to the media. Even when asked by media outlets, police were tight-lipped.
After accessing court records, I learned that the accused is 38-year old Sheila Shaidaie of London. We don’t yet know her motivations for the alleged assault, but we do know one thing:
When she appeared in court, she had a Farsi interpreter.
Orlando killings: White House tells Fla. agencies to deny public records requests
While Attorney General Loretta Lynch holds firm to her claim that the motive of Orlando terrorist Omar Mateen may never be known, the FBI is instructing Florida agencies that responded to the attack that night to deny requests for public records pertaining to the case.
Mateen called police several times during the three hour ordeal to declare his allegiance to ISIS, yet only a fraction of his discussions with authorities that night have been released to the public — first an edited version, than an unedited one.
In response to a lawsuit by local media seeking the release of the 911 audio, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office released a letter they got from the FBI instructing them to deny all requests for information and refer news outlets seeking information to the feds, the Orlando Sentinel reports.
As Obama Fumbles Handshake & Hillary Ducks FBI – TRUMP TAKES LEAD
Barack Obama was seen giggling on the world stage once again as he was caught in a fumbling, awkward, testosterone-devoid handshake with his Canadian and Mexican counterpart. (video below) Hillary Clinton was not yet caught, (by the FBI that is) as reports indicate she continues to avoid an FBI interview regarding the ongoing CRIMINAL investigation into her private server, compromised top secret information, etc.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump just took the lead in the presidential race – trouncing Clinton by 5% points.
Palestinian Authority Honors Terrorist who Killed Israeli Teen in Her Sleep
Muhammad Nasser Tarayrah broke into the West Bank community of Kiryat Arba and stabbed Hallel Yaffa Ariel to death as she slept before being shot and killed by security officers. Fatah’s official Facebook page promptly posted a picture of Tarayrah and declared him a martyr, which the nonprofit group Palestinian Media Watch described as “the highest honor achievable in Islam according to the Palestinian Authority.” WAFA, the PA’s official news agency, also called Tarayrah a martyr. This designation means that under Palestinian law, Tarayrah’s family is now eligible for monthly stipends from the PA, Palestinian Media Watch explained.

‘Death of winter’: Jet streams cross equator, ‘chaos’ predicted
Scientists have observed an “unprecedented” event that could lead to an end of seasons as we know them, after Northern Hemisphere jet streams crossed the equator and linked with others in the south.
“Welcome to climate chaos. We must declare a global climate emergency” warned Paul Beckwith, a climate scientist from the University of Ottawa, when analyzing data from Earth Nullschool.
Beckwith explained the data in a video online in which he warned it could disrupt the world’s food supply and lead to “massive geopolitical unrest.”
