Japan’s top court has approved blanket surveillance of the country’s Muslims

Japan’s Supreme Court has upheld the government’s blanket surveillance of the country’s Muslim community.

The court struck down the second appeal by Japanese Muslim plaintiffs against what they perceive as an unconstitutional invasion of their privacy and freedom of religion.

A 2010 leak of 114 police files revealed nationwide surveillance of Japanese Muslims. The files revealed that Muslim places of worship, halal restaurants and Islam-related organisations across the capital, Tokyo, were being monitored.

          • Japan is pretty straight forward about this.

I’m far less worried about it than Canada, for example.

Can we trade Japan’s Supreme Court for our Supreme Court?

    • God willing Rodan could be a punishment for capital crimes. 🙂

    • Alain

Isn’t is amazing to find judges who do not engage in treason and who aid and abet those seeking to destroy your culture, language and country.

they are also feathering out support for “arts and humanities courses” they are on the right track, my favorite youtube clip showed a muslim denied entry to japan trying out the old bull shit in front of a totally impassive “ronnin ” border guards .

To be honest, I thought they were an islamless country, thanks to their very strict residence requirements. It comes as a bit of a shock – and a disappointment – to learn otherwise.
At least they seem to have this filthy “faith” on an appropriate leash.
À la Barnhardt, “Furthermore, I consider that islam be destroyed.”

    • Brett_McS

But they provide a good example of how things should be done. They couldn’t do that if they didn’t have any Muslims.

      • Mal

I see what you’re saying, Brett; I just rather like the notion that there’s at least one modern nation in the world uninfected by islam. Like other insidious diseases that don’t present symptoms right away, it’s best eliminated when first detected.

    • Alain

Those residence permits must be renewed on a constant basis, and should any foreigner cause any trouble or commit a crime, he is immediately deported. So I don’t worry that a few have managed to get residence visas.

  • Gary

Seems to look like Muslims feel they have the right to be terrorist and store jihad weapons in mosques .

It’s not a Human Rights to slaughter people that don’t bow to islam and convert.

    • Alain

      It won’t wash in Japan.

  • jack burns

The Tribe doesn’t mess around. The muslims screw up and they’ll vanish.

  • Minicapt

    Japan does have facilities …

  • BillyHW

And nobody is going to hold it against the Japanese either. Only white people are forbidden from protecting their societies against this demonic foreign invasion known as Islam.
