When Evil Comes for Us
The Left keeps talking about assault weapons as the “tool of choice” for mass shooters, and so we should ban assault weapons.
For now we’ll leave aside the pathetic and uneducated misuse of the term “assault weapon” and just consider how this works.
Once we ban “assault weapons,” will mass shootings go away? Of course not. To assume so would be to assume that assault weapons somehow inspire mass shooters to perform their evil acts, which is ridiculous (which means, unfortunately, that it is likely believed my many on the Left). People decide to perform evil acts and then look for a tool. Lately many have chosen “assault weapons.”
Google, Inc., isn’t just the world’s biggest purveyor of information; it is also the world’s biggest censor.
The company maintains at least nine different blacklists that impact our lives, generally without input or authority from any outside advisory group, industry association or government agency. Google is not the only company suppressing content on the internet. Reddit has frequently been accused of banning postings on specific topics, and a recent report suggests that Facebook has been deleting conservative news stories from its newsfeed, a practice that might have a significant effect on public opinion – even on voting. Google, though, is currently the biggest bully on the block.
America the Vulnerable: How Obama’s immigration anarchy facilitates the entry and embedding of terrorists
“Since at least 2014, ISIL has been working to build an apparatus to direct and inspire attacks against its foreign enemies, resulting in hundreds of casualties. The most prominent examples are the attacks in Paris and Brussels, which we assess were directed by ISIL’s leadership.
We judge that ISIL is training and attempting to deploy operatives for further attacks. ISIL has a large cadre of Western fighters who could potentially serve as operatives for attacks in the West. And the group is probably exploring a variety of means for infiltrating operatives into the West, including refugee flows, smuggling routes, and legitimate methods of travel.”
Right-wing ‘lone wolf’ terrorists are greater threat to Europe than Islamist ones, report says
A new study by a leading British think tank suggests that not enough attention is being paid to the threat posed by right-wing violence in Europe. The study, published this week by the Royal United Services Institute, a London-based organization focused on security issues, charted a decade and a half of “lone wolf” terrorist attacks on the continent.
Its data set found that, from 2000 to 2014, “right-wing attacks caused 260 injuries and 94 fatalities, while religiously-inspired attacks killed sixteen and injured 65 people.” It mapped 98 lone-actor terrorist plots in that period, “leading to 72 launched attacks of differing scope with substantial variations in impact.”
UC Berkeley, CAIR label conservative outlets part of ‘US Islamophobia Network’
The University of California, Berkeley and a national Islamic organization have identified Fox News, National Review, and The Rush Limbaugh Show as elements of the “U.S. Islamophobia Network.”
Confronting Fear: Islamophobia and Its Impact in the United States, a study released Tuesday that was conducted jointly by the UC Berkeley Center for Race & Gender and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) places the aforementioned news outlets in the Islamophobia Network’s “Outer Core,” which consists of “groups whose primary purpose does not appear to include promoting prejudice against or hatred of Islam and Muslims, but whose work regularly demonstrates or supports Islamophobic themes”.

Failure to support the Left’s agenda is apparently tantamount to support for murder
In the immediate aftermath of the murder of 49 Americans at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Fla., CNN’s Anderson Cooper descended on the scene of the crime. There, he confronted Florida state attorney general Pam Bondi, who was attempting to organize support for the victims and their families. She agreed to speak with Cooper, presumably to talk about those efforts. Cooper, however, had a different agenda. Bondi had defended Florida’s statute in favor of traditional marriage in court. This, according to Cooper, put her in league with the ISIS-inspired jihadi. “Do you really think you’re a champion of the gay community?” Cooper sneered. “Do you worry about using language accusing gay people of trying to do harm to the people of Florida when doesn’t that send a message to some people who might have bad ideas in mind?”
NPR: ‘Trump Just Gave the Speech Republicans Have Been Waiting 20 Years to Hear’
National Public Radio political correspondent Mara Liasson praised Donald Trump’s speech on Wednesday for its effective attacks on Hillary Clinton, calling it “the speech Republicans have been waiting 20 years to hear.”
The presumptive Republican presidential nominee delivered a 41-minute address from his skyscraper in New York, attacking his Democratic rival for corrupt deals while at the State Department, and responding to her own sharp attack on his economic policies the day before.
Facebook Allegedly Deletes Viral Video Exposing Anti-Trump Media Bias
Facebook has deleted a viral video revealing how video company NowThis heavily edited footage of GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump after The Daily Caller published an article on the video, according to the video’s owner.
The video published by NowThis contained clips that had been cut-and-pasted from Trump’s statement following the Orlando shooting to paint Trump as racist against non-Americans and insensitive to the victims. Singh included both NowThis’ edit and Trump’s original speech, and demonstrated where NowThis cut away from Trump to skew his message.
Singh has restored the video to his page, and it has since gained almost nine thousand views in ten hours. Facebook could not be reached for comment.
Emails: Key security features disabled on Clinton’s server
State Department staffers wrestled for weeks in December 2010 over a serious technical problem with then-Secretary Hillary Clinton’s home email server, causing them to temporarily disable security features that left the server more vulnerable to hackers, according to emails released Wednesday.
Just weeks later, according to previously disclosed emails, hackers attacked the server, forcing Clinton’s staff to shut it down. The next day, one of Clinton’s closest aides, Huma Abedin, wrote to other high ranking staff: “Don’t email hrc (Clinton) anything sensitive. I can explain more in person.”
Loretta Lynch Admits That Federal Authorities Have Lost The Orlando Shooter’s Wife
Omar Mateen’s wife, Noor Salman, cased Disneyland with her husband. She knew he was planning and plotting and practicing to wage jihad. He left the house with a duffel bag full of guns the night of his jihad slaughter. She texted him, “I love you.”
And she wasn’t arrested? Not even house arrest? The enemy is running in power. The enemy is running the country. We are indeed sitting ducks.
