Pamela Geller: Merkel, Hell-Bent on Destroying Germany
AFP reported Friday that German Chancellor Angela Merkel “urged British political parties to moderate their speech in their campaigns over the Brexit vote, after a popular pro-Europe MP was murdered at the height of the divisive debate.”
Spoken like a true German leader. If any Western country on earth should be in the vanguard of the defense of the freedom of speech, it should be Germany, given its history. The Third Reich insisted that the Nazi-controlled press was better for the moral, social, and intellectual welfare of the citizenry than the so-called free press. Sound familiar?
The UN Peacekeepers Rape Scandal Gets Worse
“For 10 years, the secretary general has been happy to sweep all of these allegations under the carpet, but this ‘out of sight, out of mind’ strategy has broken down before he reached the end of his term,” said Peter Gallo, a former UN investigator. “The organization’s manifest failure is to properly investigate any form of wrongdoing.”
Ban’s office denies the accusations — the secretary-general was “shocked to the core” by the abuse, his spokesman, Stéphane Dujarric, responded– and says he has moved aggressively. In April, the UN announced an investigation of allegations that peacekeepers from at least three countries had abused more than 100 girls in C.A.R., where the World Bank says nearly half the population of about 5 million needs humanitarian aid.
Gun Control In Action
At least 18 people have been shot so far this weekend and six of those victims are dead.
One of the shootings happened in the University Village neighborhood early Saturday morning.
Two security guards were called to a large outdoor party at a housing complex in the 1300 block of West Hastings. Someone started shooting and a 24-year-old man was shot in the back and killed. The two security guards were wounded.
Officers received a call of shots fired in the 4800 block of West Monroe in Austin just before 5:30 a.m. Saturday and found a 23-year-old man lying face down, police said. He was shot several times and was dead at the scene.
Rangers told not to book cars outside ‘Muslim school’
According to reports, the city’s controversial Auburn Council, told rangers to wrongly abandon tickets for their friends, a public inquiry has heard.
Former city-ranger Dianne Laing told the inquiry she had been ordered not to hand-out fines outside Al-Faisal College amid claims it was “self-regulating”.
There are at least 20 other schools in the area, however Ms Laing said they were told to waiver tickets at Al-Faisal only.
Supreme Court May Act on State Semi-Automatic Weapon Bans
The U.S. Supreme Court may weigh in this week on gun control, an issue smoldering again following the June 12 Orlando massacre, with the justices due to decide whether to hear a challenge by gun rights advocates to assault weapon bans in two states.
The Connecticut and New York laws prohibit semiautomatic weapons like the one used by the gunman who fatally shot 49 people at a gay night club in Orlando in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
The Supreme Court will announce as soon as Monday whether it will hear the challenge brought by gun rights groups and individual firearms owners asserting that the laws violate the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment guarantee of the right to bear arms.

Trump: I can win without support of GOP leaders
The GOP nominee seemed unfazed by reports of a mounting effort to deny him the nomination at the Republican National Convention next month in Cleveland. Characterizing it as a creation of the media, Trump scoffed at the notion that his pile of delegates could be snatched out from underneath him on the convention floor by a candidate who “would like to come in through the back door.”
“So I win 38 states and somebody else won none and they’re going to be the nominee?” Trump said. “I don’t think so.”
Portland: Man in Dress, Fellow Triggliots Attack Cameraman For Filming Orlando Memorial
While attending the Portland, Oregon vigil for the victims of the Orlando Pulse shooting, our videographer is accosted by several members of the LGBT and other SJW communities, accused of being a “white nationalist” and quickly surrounded.
Several wackjobs get right in the camera and start screaming incoherently. They are telling the cameraman that he needs to leave, claiming that his mere presence there is making people “unsafe”, and after getting backed up while one land whale is encouraging others to harass him, they claim that no one is trying to hurt him. All the while, Ceasefire Oregon director Penny Okamoto watches and films, most likely with the hopes that the cameraman will get violent, which never happens.
Sharia-Compliant Attorney General Lynch: “Partial Transcript” Of Orlando 911 Calls Will Be Scrubbed of All References to Islam
In an interview with NBC’s Chuck Todd, Attorney General Loretta Lynch says that on Monday, the FBI will release edited transcripts of the 911 calls made by the Orlando nightclub shooter to the police during his rampage.
“What we’re not going to do is further proclaim this man’s pledges of allegiance to terrorist groups, and further his propaganda,” Lynch said. “We are not going to hear him make his assertions of allegiance [to the Islamic State].”
Attorney General stays silent on whether Orlando shooter’s wife will face charges over the massacre
Attorney General Loretta Lynch has refused to say whether the Orlando gunman’s wife will be arrested over the worst mass shooting in America.
Lynch told Fox News that federal investigators are in the middle of a ‘very aggressive investigation’ into the atrocity at Pulse gay club in Orlando, Florida, on June 12.
The Attorney General confirmed that authorities were talking to family members but declined to say why the wife of shooter Omar Mateen has not been arrested amid claims she helped plot the terrorist attack which killed 50.
Lynch probably wants to give her the Convenient Crisis Award.
AG Lynch to Muslim community: You ‘are under our protection’
“You will find that many people that knew him felt that he was a whack job,” Trump told CNN last week. “People that knew him, the ex-wife, other people. They don’t report them. For some reason the Muslim community does not report people like this.”
Lynch countered Trump on Sunday, claiming Muslim communities “are targeted as well [and] they are often swept up in this.”
“So we want to make sure that every community in the United States knows that they are under our protection,” she said.
