Reuters: Half of Likely Voters Back Temporary Ban on All Muslim Entry to United States

New polling data from Reuters shows a surge in support for a far-reaching temporary ban on any Muslim entry to the United States.

In the wake of the terrorist attack in Orlando, 50 percent of likely voters now support a temporary halt on Muslim entry into the United States. Just 42 percent of likely voters oppose a temporary ban.

Temporary is no longer enough. It must be permanent. There is a very good possibility that some responded in the negative to the question, because they do not think temporary is sufficient.

      Temporary is enough.

Good point but people being asked the question in a poll would not likely consider it.

When a poll of this nature produces politically incorrect results, it’s a safe bet that the polling organization is shaving the numbers.

Temporary? I’d want a permanent ban and Islam to be outlawed.

    Income tax was temporary.

Too bad stupid Canucks would not even consider any kind of ban on immigration, never mind muslim immigration, as we see by the results of the last election for PM. Oh, never mind this type of question would not even be asked in Canada.
