They were all there at Sunday night’s gay vigil in downtown Toronto’s Barbara Hall Park.
The leftist hypocrites. The politically correct. The haters of the only gay-positive country in the Middle East, namely Israel, where Gay Pride was just celebrated a week ago with a huge party in Tel Aviv.
Most of all, there was a gaggle of politicians who could not bring themselves to concede, despite the evidence, that it was an Islamic terrorist who was responsible for killing 49 people and wounding countless others during the wee hours of the morning Sunday at a gay nightclub in Orlando.
Premier Kathleen Wynne wouldn’t say it. Nor would Liberal MP Rob Oliphant, Nor would Mayor John Tory.
Muslim extremist. There I said it — the dreaded “M” word.
