Punishing Pakistan

The death of Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Mansour in a U.S. drone strike in Pakistan could be consequential. Much depends on what the Obama administration does now.

Zalmay Khalilzad, the former U.S. ambassador to Kabul and Baghdad and the United Nations, suggests an ambitious agenda that the U.S. should now carry out to convince Pakistan to end its support for the Taliban insurgency.
