Costa Mesa, CA / Washington, D.C.  – The retail chain Target will hold its annual shareholder meeting Wednesday, June 8 at 9 AM Pacific time, the first time Target’s management will come face-to-face with shareholders since it aggressively entered the culture wars on April 19 by announcing it would “respect” its customers by letting everyone use the fitting and restrooms of their choice — regardless of the views of the other customers using those facilities.

Since then, Target has been the focus of a boycott petition drive by the American Family Association that has quickly reached over 1.3 million signatures.
