BuzzFeed announced Monday that it has ended an advertising deal with the Republican National Committee, citing the “tone and substance” of presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump’s campaign.

The BuzzFeed statement cited Trump’s controversial comments and proposals on immigration and other topics, claiming the campaign is “opposed to the freedoms of our employees in the United States and around the world.”

Imam to Obama: ‘End Oppression of Muslims’; Obama to Imam: ‘Pray for Me’

Visiting Malaysia’s National Mosque on Sunday, President Obama was asked by the institution’s imam to end oppression against Muslims worldwide, Malaysia’s national press agency Bernama reported.

“Pray for me,” Obama replied, according to Grand Imam Ismail Muhammad, who took him on a 25-minute tour of the mosque, called Masjid Negara in Malay, in Kuala Lumpur.

What he actually said was “Pray to me.”

The United Church of Christ (UCC), a major mainline Protestant denomination, published a Facebook post telling all whites that they are racist against non-whites, no matter what they do.

An infographic posted to the church’s Facebook page over the weekend gives white people a series of 10 tips on how to cope with their white privilege. Suggestions include “Listen when people call you on your microaggressions” and “Stop contributing to gentrification.”

The content of the infographic is taken from a June 1 blog post by Marchaé Grair, a social media associate for the UCC and an editor of the church’s New Sacred blog. In the blog post, Grair elaborates on the claim that whites are racist no matter what.

Dubbed Safely Interruptible Agents, the paper describes how to disable artificial intelligence if it rebels and starts to do something its creators and human operators did not ask it to do.
