Iranian police arrest 132 people in crackdown on partygoers – with crimes including drinking and being BISEXUAL

Iranian police have arrested 132 men and women, some of them allegedly bisexual, as part of crackdown on partygoers accused of breaking Islamic rules, according to a judiciary website.

In the capital Tehran ‘more than 70 drunk men and women at a restaurant in Farahzad’ were arrested on the northwestern outskirts of the city, local news site Mizan Online stated.

The report continued: ‘A number of bisexuals were identified among those arrested.’
