“We are afraid” – Swedish schoolchildren’s desperate letter to the principal
More and more parents keep their children home from school, after children have been abused by newly arrived immigrant students who attend the Central School in Kristianstad.
Children who are beaten, kicked, choked and suffer other degrading treatment – It has now become everyday life at the Central School in Kristianstad. The school has received a large number of new students from the recent asylum chaos, and has two preparatory classes for newly arrived immigrants.
And it is the newly arrived immigrant children who create the problems.
Chinese parking lot creates ‘female only’ spaces citing concerns women have trouble parking
A number of Chinese parking lots connecting Zhejiang province to Jiangxi province in China’s southeast have sparked outrage after introducing “female only” parking spaces that happen to be much larger than those not assigned to a particular gender.
The spaces, designated by pink paint lines and the international symbol for woman, are 50 per cent wider than other spaces in the service centres. The reason – because women are allegedly bad at parking.
Europol: Devout Muslims are stockpiling explosives all across Europe
Terrorist cells all across the EU are likely stockpiling explosives for future attacks, warned Manuel Navarrete Paniagua, Head of the European Counter Terrorism Center at Europol. The agency has foiled 211 terror plots, according to released statistics, but cautions that the threat of attacks similar in scale to the November 2015 Paris assaults remains not insignificant.
UN Chief Calls for Expansion of Legal Migration Routes into Europe
“The secretary-general notes with great distress that 2016 is proving to be particularly deadly with some 2,510 lives lost, compared to 1,855 in the same period in 2015,” the statement read. Over the course of the year 2015, more than 3,700 migrants died in the Mediterranean, but that figure could easily be surpassed in 2016.
In response, Ban has called for “a comprehensive and collective response to large movements of refugees and migrants, including expanded legal pathways,” said the statement.
Socialism for the Uninformed
Socialism sounds great. It has always sounded great. And it will probably always continue to sound great. It is only when you go beyond rhetoric, and start looking at hard facts, that socialism turns out to be a big disappointment, if not a disaster.
While throngs of young people are cheering loudly for avowed socialist Bernie Sanders, socialism has turned oil-rich Venezuela into a place where there are shortages of everything from toilet paper to beer, where electricity keeps shutting down, and where there are long lines of people hoping to get food, people complaining that they cannot feed their families.
Yale Students Tell English Profs to Stop Teaching English: Too Many White Male Poets
Some Yale University students are demanding changes to the English Department curriculum: specifically, they don’t think it should feature so many English poets who were straight, white, wealthy, and male.
“It is your responsibility as educators to listen to student voices,” the students wrote in a petition to the faculty. “We have spoken. We are speaking. Pay attention.”
Donald Trump Slams Press for Dishonesty
Donald Trump held a press conference yesterday at his headquarters at Trump Towers. He began with detailing the list of veterans organizations who have received money raised by Trump during his charity rally held opposite to a Fox News presidential debate. The Washington Post recently accused Trump of not raising as much money as he claimed, nor of distributing it all. Trump confirmed that he did, indeed, raise over $5.5 Million dollars during the one-night event. Many veteran groups did get money shortly after the affair while others did not till recently. At least one group is still being vetted and there are also issues with federal paperwork for some. Donald Trump then went on a tear, taking on the dishonesty of The Media, particularly the political press. Who can blame him?

“Recent international attacks perpetrated by members of ISIL demonstrate that the terrorist group is now moving into a new phase, with the increased risk that well-prepared and centrally directed attacks on international civilian targets may become a more frequent occurrence,” said the report.

Why You Should Fear Russia’s Robot Army
For months, Russia has been revealing a stable of autonomous weapons—drones, remote controlled tanks, and killer robots—but none have quite captured the world’s attention like their latest poster bot—a humanoid machine that Moscow claims will replace mortal soldiers.
