Cosby ordered to stand trial in sex assault case

NORRISTOWN, Pa. — A Pennsylvania judge on Tuesday ordered Bill Cosby to stand trial for alleged felony sexual assault, stemming from a 2004 encounter with a Temple University employee.

Montgomery County Magistrate Judge Elizabeth McHugh — after hearing from police describe their probe into Cosby’s alleged drugging and assault of Andrea Constand — ruled there was enough evidence to send him to trial.
