Father chops off the hands of a 17-year-old accused of raping his seven-month-old daughter in India

A father in India has chopped off the hands of a man who was accused of raping his seven-month-old daughter.

Parminder Singh, 25, is said to have beaten the 17-year old man, tied him to a tree, and hacked off both his hands, before leaving him abandoned next to a canal.

The younger man was accused of molesting a baby in 2014, after allegedly being caught in the act by the baby’s mother.

I can think of one more thing to chop off …

    • If he was in fact guilty — I’m not sure that India has the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise.

      • It will be.

Vigilanteism occurs when people don’t trust the government to mete out justice.

In San Francisco, hundreds of citizens signed up for the Committee of Vigilance (there were two) in the lawless 1850s following the Gold Rush.

But India is failing if its people resort to DIY justice.

Acknowledged and understood about establishing innocence and guilt.

But this one sounds like the press doing it’s diligence to report the facts neutrally with the standard legal ass-covering descriptors of ‘accused’, ‘alleged’ or ‘convicted’. Meanwhile, those involved have no doubts as to who did what (eg. caught in the act, bragged about it, etc).

No, because now he has to get someone else to hold his junk to pee for the rest of his life.

Now someone has to hold his dick for him when he has to have a piss.

    Wrong parts.

I can promise this will happen more and more here, too. Just when the normal people get tired of talked down to by our “betters”.

Invest in lampposts and rope, too.

I say fast-track an immigration visa for this guy. Not as a brick maker, but as, hmm, a teacher specializing in adult education. North Americans could stand to learn a few things from him.

Would not do well picking fly shit out of pepper.

Lesson learned! He won’t do it again.

A measured response. Muslims don’t deserve our due process, when they justify their actions as being sharia compliant.

If he needs a new axe, I’ll gladly send him one.

This kind of thing is common in India; it’s an extremely violent society. Vigilante justice is common because few trust the police. However if the father were a Muslim he probably would have killed the baby too.

Also worth noting he didn’t kill his daughter in a so called “honour killing”.

Singh – a Sikh name. They have been known to commit honour killings, but not so much as Muzzies.
