Daddy-daughter dances latest tradition that must fall to LGBT demands

daddy_daughter_dance

Many schools host these dances in the name of long-established customs, but with the rise of nontraditional families, these gender-specific events need to become more inclusive, parents say.

  • canminuteman

Or the parents to want to make it “more inclusive” could organize their own event and leave everybody else alone. Is that too much to ask?

    • Carlos_Perera

Yes, as far as homosexuals–and other assorted perverts–are concerned, being left alone is not an option for those of us who would rather not celebrate their . . . predilections. “You will be made to care,” as Eric Erickson likes to point out.

    • Clausewitz

The tyranny of the Minority strikes again.

  • Ron MacDonald

The goal of the Left is the complete destruction of the traditional family.

  • They hate anything or anyone that doesn’t grant them superior status.

I have never understood how a perverse desire to insert your penis into another man’s anus bestowed moral superiority on an individual.

    • Carlos_Perera

Well, it does bestow any number of interesting STDs, some of which, e.g., “gay gut,” are exceedingly rare in heterosexuals.

      • BillyHW

And with socialized medicine you get to pay for it. Aren’t you glad?

        • Carlos_Perera

          Delighted.

        • Clink9

          Indubitably.

          • dance…dancetotheradio

You remind me of those Looney Tunes Squirrels.

        • dance…dancetotheradio

Socialized medicine also gives people a pass on other risky behaviours.
Kickboxers, snowboarders and skiers, for instance.

          • moraywatson

Quite predictably, socialized medicine is having trouble keeping up with the now-risky behaviour of getting old.

          • Clink9

Hey, I provided the fracture clinic at Sunnybrook numerous billable hours over the years.

          • dance…dancetotheradio

The worst thing I had in my twenties was acute strep throat.
I haven’t had it in twenty years and I don’t know why.

          • canminuteman

Did you stop licking the handles on the escalators?

          • dance…dancetotheradio

            I used to clean toilets.
            Then, I didn’t.

          • Clink9

It’s one thing I’ve never had but my kids get it. Weird.

          • dance…dancetotheradio

I can’t explain it, either, really.
Things got a lot better after I got married.
I’ve been married for seventeen years.
My mother has never darkened my door.
And, yet, I am the bad guy.
She’s such a successful mother, too.
Kicked out of the house at eighteen I went on to have a family.
My sister is a benzo dependent post menopausal liberal with three cats and no kids.
My brother is a heroin addict on methadone.
And my step father is the one who hooked him, his own son, and ruined his life.
Let’s just say that none of them will ever be living in my basement.

          • Clink9

You have done well against bad odds. Being a parent has been my most important and favorite job of all. Don’t get it when people bail on it.

          • Rescuing gits who get stuck up mountains and such.

      • Maggat

A quick (very quick) google search for ‘gay gut’, my only comment there is “yuk”.

        • Carlos_Perera

          Sometimes ignorance is indeed bliss.

    • vimy

The whole point of the gay community trying to insert themselves into the traditions of the the heterosexual family (Sorry poor turn of phrase there) is so they can feel normal because deep down I believe they know what they are is not.

      • That’s the crux. Because even when they reach a state of 100% inclusiveness, they often commit suicide. It’s a sad testament. After 100% inclusiveness has been achieved, they still wake up in the morning and realize they are not happy. The promised utopia did not break forth with the new dawn. Not entirely the fault of Gay people — I blame the Marxist Left for politically appropriating Gay rights from the get-go (as they often do with any “victim” group that can be exploited that way).

      • Maggat

Good turn of phrase, if you are referring to ‘insert’.

        • vimy

          That would be it

    • Clink9

Gay Bowel Syndrome is nothing to sniff at.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gay_bowel_syndrome

      • Maggat

        No pun intended???

  • Blacksmith

If you cannot biologically reproduce as parents you are not parents. You are just fucked up nutjobs pretending, and I feel sorry for the children you are raising that will be just as fucked up as you are.

  • Why can’t straight fathers celebrate with their daughters?

When the LGBQT crowd gets to celebrate everything, the straight families must also feel left out.

    • DavidinNorthBurnaby

But then again, who cares about that, right? Not the SJWs.

  • G

Well for Pete’s sake! Let’s quit being so damned gutless and backing down every time some LGBTQWERTYUIOP pervert screams.

If you want to dance with your daughter do you need a special time to do it? Just do it and to hel with the activists. Also attack the journalists who report on/advertise/advocate this bull shit. If no one knew every word out of these perverts mouths they would have no power. The press are their loyal allies & enablers.

  • BillyHW

Daddy-daughter dances are creepy, but Lesbo-daughter dances would be even creepier.

    • Justin St.Denis

Daddy-Daughter dances are “creepy”? Why? How? Pls explain.

      • andycanuck

I find the older men dancing with their young daughters creepy too, Justin, although that’s not me siding with the dicks on this. And I understand that it is a longtime tradition and not some new trend so I don’t want it banned as an alternative.

      • Agreed. Why is it creepy? The idea is probably initiated by the daughter, who has admiration for daddy as a protective father figure, not a sexual partner. Although I don’t remember having any “daddy-daughter” dances with my own daughters when they were younger, I certainly couldn’t have refused them if they would have asked me.

        • moraywatson

It isn’t creepy. But it is being made to seem “creepy” by the same perverts who are trying to drive LGBTQQWERTY into the mainstream. Fathers are supposed to apologize for loving their daughters, and especially so if they also suffer from white-privilege.

off topic…. but still vomit inducing
The North Koreanification of Canadian political reporting
“PM shows off knowledge of quantum computing”

    http://www.jjmccullough.com/index.php/2016/04/16/the-north-koreanificiation-of-canadian-political-reporting/

    • Perfect thanks.

      • G

The Canadian media are liberal propaganda scumbags. On the first year of Trudeau we get schoolgirl gushing about his looks, his socks and his knowledge of quantum computing (BS).
Compare that to The reporting of Harper’s first year. Stories ridiculing his weight and shaking hands with his son on the first day of school.

        • mauser 98

          whadayawant facts?

    • Yep, straight out of Wikipedia. The real dope comes from publications such as The Smithsonian, and I seriously doubt that Ding Dong Dunce is a subscriber. Quantum is super small, usually at the atomic level — events at the atomic level are not directly observed, they are inferred after the fact. It’s still theoretical — there is no such thing as “quantum computing”. Not yet anyway, and PM Einstein should have explained that if he honestly wanted to enlighten we laymen in the audience.

      • ontario john

But the media says everyone in Canada loves Trudeau. How can they be wrong. And Rick Mercer loves him, so he must be ok.

        • Yes of course, our State Media — promulgator of truth. I duly denounce myself comrade.

        • Clausewitz

Mercer never met a Liberal he didn’t love.

        • DavidinNorthBurnaby

Rick Mercer should be sent out to sea in a small boat with no food or water and shot if he ever shows up again. Metaphorically speaking, of course. 😀

I liked the comparison to Elena Ceasescu’s sham Chemistry degree. Pretending to be an intellectual seems to be a hallmark of megalomania…

or Obama is a Constitutional lawyer

        • Clausewitz

No, no, he was a Constitutional professor. It’s just that no one ever remembers taking one of his courses. Just like being the editor of the Harvard Law review who was the first one to have never had an article published during his tenure.

          • mauser 98

            oops .. ..right
both Bar and Mooch gave up their law licenses

      • DavidinNorthBurnaby

I suppose it would be to much to ask that we get to watch him too someday be torn apart by rifle fire … *sigh* I can dream can’t I?

  • moraywatson

What part of “you’re not a daddy” or “you’re not a daughter” are these activists not understanding ?
