hairdresserAccording to a shock ruling by a Paris employment tribunal, calling a male hairdresser a “dirty faggot” is not a homophobic insult, because there are lots of gay male hairdressers.

You weren’t not hired because you were homosexual. Therefore you can’t not be fired for continuing to be homosexual. Suck it up buttercup.

If all your employees are white, and you fire the “white guy” because he’s a “cracker”, that’s not racist.

    • Plus he’s a Gay!

      • Sticks and stones may break your bones but names will never hurt you.

        Get over it, “faggot”.

The French expression used was pédé, short for pédéraste, sometimes written PD.

Who gives a damn whether some court “rules” on it?
Freedom of speech is a !*FREEDOM*! whether some judge approves of it or not.

If you want to call a hairdresser a faggot or an oil drilling roughneck or an astronaut it doesn’t matter. It’s freedom of speech. The courts can go screw themselves.
