Is the bacon on your McDonald’s bacon cheeseburger kind of soggy now?

halal_mcdonalds_aj_2904716b

I got a Quarter Pounder and Erica got some Crispy Chicken, BLT Burger. The crispy had some rectangular things like corn chips but her bacon was cold and sort of pale and watery. When she questioned it at the counter and said the bacon should be cooked and a bit crispy, she was informed that they now do the bacon in the microwave because if they put it on the grill it would contaminate the other meats and they would lose their HALAL (Islamic-approved) Certification.

If you are ever in Saskatoon go check out Schryers.
      I miss that place.
I haven’t had the pleasure in nearly five years.

So now mcdonalds is the jihadi meeting place for conspiracy and food. NIce halal tax. Just go and find a nice pig smoker restaurant. I think there is a nice bbq in port perry Ontario. Lots of motorcycles and common sense to be found.

If you are close to Port Perry, you are close to Oshawa. Check out Buster Rhinos. There is one at Simcoe and Taunton that is a take out only place and there is one down town that is a licensed sit down place. They do fantastic pulled pork sandwich, and the one down town always has a really good selection of craft beers and whiskeys. Worth checking out.

Yep. Chicken, ribs and bikes. Halal free.

We should boycott any company that promotes Halal.

    • Clausewitz

      I do already.

    • Kathy Prendergast

Boycotting McDonald’s wouldn’t be hard for me, although when I lived in China I would occasionally buy Chicken McNuggets to feed the neighbourhood cats (I had to break them open first so they would realize there was chicken inside…)

    • canminuteman

And when you go to the grocery store looking for bacon, dump the picked over packages in the cooler with the halal chicken.

      • Kathy Prendergast

        Even better, open them first.

    • john700

      Soon, you will be starving.

    • Bataviawillem

I wish I could boycott them, but I never go there in the first place.
      What to do?

      • dance…dancetotheradio

Yes, it is difficult to boycott things you never buy anyway.
Starbucks de-Christmas-fiication of their coffee cups comes to mind.

        • Bataviawillem

Yes, starbucks is a place I really never was, whereas mac-donald I go maybe once a year when traveling.

  • Clausewitz

You mess with my bacon, there will be hell to pay. Didn’t think I could hate Islam even more, but as of today I do.

They aren’t here to be equal , the quran makes them believe that they are the Master-Race blessed by allah and destine to rule the Earth .

Note how muslims never think of starting their own business to employ other muslim malcontent’s and be self-reliant.

No, they target a Company that isn’t halal or shariah compliant to either get a job and bitch or protest it and use the fear of terrorism to get their way .

But wait , if they have their own fast food places how can a niqab clad suicide-bomber do a mass slaughter to infidels in a muslims only halal joint.
A few years back I was on a Streetcar and a Niqab clad person got and sat in a single seat and began to rock and speak in a foreign language like a prayer…..I got of the car and walked home which was close anyway.

They are test-runs to soften us up and not question these people , then when they are ready it will be the male martyr’s in that niqab on the subway or bus. Nothing will change until one of them goes into the SCOC building to make rice pudding out of the 9 White Judges that gave us the islamists and honour killing. Security will fear stopping the person from the islamophobe label and risk losing their job as a racist.

The old Canada is dead , Liberals sold-out canada and we will become another 3rd world hell-hole at the rate that Justin want to bring in islamists and Mexican refugees that want our welfare ..

There is a No Frills in RIchmond Hill ON that will not carry any Jewish or Israeli products. A rumour circulated that they even posted a note that due to the occupation of Palestine no Israeli products would be carried. When confronted by the media – the franchise owner squirmed out of the controversy saying “There is no demand for those products in his store”.
The store has a high percentage of Mo customers and several of the cashiers are hijab clad Muslimas – some even wearing gloves to prevent the opportunity to touch pork or the hands of “non believers”.
When corporate/chain wide flyers feature an Israeli product, the franchisees have to carry them…consequently, when they had Israeli sunflower seeds in the flyer – I made a point of visiting the store (we usually boycott Mo Frills) -picked the most obviously observant Mo cashier, placed the product Hebrew side up on the belt and made a point of asking the cashier if she had ever tried the “wonderful Israeli sunflower seeds”. I got no response to my question.

      • Kathy Prendergast

No Frills is the most depressing grocery store in the world. I guess I prefer frills.

  • Kathy Prendergast

It’s not reasonable to expect quality at a place like McDonalds. You get what you pay for.

    • dance…dancetotheradio

      I do like their fries.
Although, I am old enough to remember when they were fried in beef tallow.

      • Kathy Prendergast

I did grow very fond of their breakfast pancakes (served only before 10 a.m.!) when I lived in Asia; I was very sad when they stopped serving them there, I guess there just wasn’t enough demand. I like Asian food in general but could never really get with traditional Chinese or Japanese breakfasts so when I was traveling McDonald’s was my go-to breakfast of choice. Their coffee’s not bad either, for the price.

        • dance…dancetotheradio

I kinda miss the old McDonald’s coffee.
The kind that would sit in the silex on the Bunn warmer for three hours and get that wonderful charred taste.

mc quacks in the uk guarantee no halal products used

The halal dhimmitue at mainstream fast food restaurants has begun in Toronto:
    http://www.pizzapizza.ca/2011/09/27/halal-pepperoni/
    http://heroburgers.com/blog/tag/halal-hero-burgers/
I also find it rather amusing that the 3 main discount grocery stores (No Frills, Freshco, Food Basics) attempt to find some obscure holiday to feature in their weekly grocery flyers – with every Mo holiday getting a full page advertisement of products to buy to celebrate – I am waiting for “Happy Inca Human Sacrifice Day”

Question: what about veggie burgers? Aren’t they cooked on the same grill as the meat burgers?

    • tom_billesley

Militant vegans haven’t got a beheading policy. Yet.

      • dance…dancetotheradio

That’s because they don’t have the energy.

        • Kathy Prendergast

That’s true! If all the jihadists went vegan we’d have nothing to worry about; just lifting a sword would make them faint.

  • Oracle9

    That’s it for McDonald’s. Simple.
No Tim Horton’s either, since they are against our energy industry.

I would rather pay more to a mom and pop restaurant and I hope the general public will do the same.
