• I don’t believes it!

  • Drunk_by_Noon

    That’s a stretch.
4Chan can’t make a fake scandal real unless the gang at 4Chan have managed to warp space and time.
    We will see.

    • Internet armies like 4chan, Reddit, and anonymous take credit for much more than they’re capable of. As the article points out, they may act as amplifiers to those who want to listen.

  • Trump responds to Cruz

    • V10_Rob

Beating this drum could cost him more than it gains, particularly if the allegations turn out to be, haha, trumped-up.

    • Brett_McS

To use the current vernacular, that’s a “garbage” response. I think I’ll start calling him Dumpster.

  • unalien

Statist Trump and his sycophants are using Alinsky tactics to try to take down a real Constitution Conservative.. no true Conservative would support this crap.. this is Progressive/Liberal territory..

Besides being barely literate and ignorant on most issues, Trump is a NY Liberal, a national statist,, not a Conservative..

    • john700

My problem with Cruz is that, when the commies attacked Trump’s rally in Chicago, he said that Trump was somehow to blame.

      • V10_Rob

That kind of giving aid and comfort to the enemy did more damage than any personal foibles will.

        • unalien

          except that wasn’t the context,

Trump is for touchback amnesty,, and universal healthcare,, are those personal foibles..

      • unalien

Cruz was referring to Trumps well documented “violent” rhetoric at his rallies.. Trump supporters and staff actions were not disavowed.. but encouraged

WE know the Commies are violent, but some, not all, Trump supporters are fringe cray cray as well..

        • barryjr

Bullshit lying Ted was just trying to get in a shot at Trump.

        • john700

The only way to respond to commie violence is violence. Ten times more violence.

    • unalien

So, besides giving $100,000 to Bill and Hillary’s Clinton Foundation slush Fund,,

      Trump also gave to..

        • unalien

not when you include Clinton Foundation,

but there is a fundamental problem with that line of thinking,

it is OK to support major DEM Progressives because Trump also supported (mostly) REP Progressives. (RINOS).. HELL NO,, Trump funded the establishment,,

What Conservative would fund Hillary, Reid, Schumer, Weiner, Durbin, Kennedy, Dodd, etc, answer,, none..

          • V10_Rob

Because that’s how the game is played, crossing the palms of the influential to get what you want.

          • unalien

really, now how does that work for a POTUS whose role is to defend and uphold that pesky thing called the Constitution.. which is non negotiable..

Trump has already said he wants to strengthen libel laws and increase the limits on free speech like the UK has.. you know where it is a crime to hurt someones feelings with speech..

The problem with a “dealmaker” and influence peddler as POTUS is that he has the coercive power of the State to back him up instead of the free market,, this doesn’t bode well for individual liberty and property rights,,

Trump doesn’t even understand eminent domain, he thinks the State taking property for a school is the same as the State taking an old womans house for a casino parking lot.

A Trump POTUS = State Tyranny,,,

Hoover was a great businessman and a terrible President..who fueled trade wars and exacerbated the Depression.

          • V10_Rob

And now we’re getting off into the weeds of Why Donald Trump Is Literally The Worst Person Ever We Really Mean It This Time. You wanted to talk donations, stick to the topic.

Trump GIVING hundreds of thousands to ‘non-Republicans’ is scarier than Clinton RECEIVING millions from, well, everyone, including foreign governments? Trump is OWED favors, Clinton OWES favors. In which situation is the power of the Presidency more likely to be misused to settle old debts?

Also, nobody cares about his ideological purity (or lack there of). The GOP has been colluding with Democrats for years, so their feigned outrage at Trump being seen with Dems in broad daylight is laughable.

          • unalien

You are arguing a false equivalency comparing Trump to Clinton, both are horrible.. Trump is constitutionally illiterate.

The point is Trump was funding the GOP establishment and the Dems who gave America Obamacare while conservatives were fighting it. Trump praised Hillary, Bill and Obama, I agree the GOP leadership has been “Progressive light” but Trump is not the answer, he is a liberal selling himself as a conservative get to the WH.

Trump will move the GOP liberal, Cruz will move the GOP Conservative.

Trump is a LIAR,, he has flip flopped on every issue

2012 TRUMP ON ILLEGALS: “WE HAVE TO HAVE SOME COMPASSION, WE CAN’T JUST THROW EVERYBODY OUT”

        • Minicapt

From 1991 (or so) to 2011, DonJohn gave even amounts to the Dems and to the Republicans. After he changed his registration to Republican (in 2011), he contributed mostly to the Republicans and minimally to the Dems. Could be construed as preparing the ground for his run.

          Cheers

  • V10_Rob

I don’t think his infidelity, real or manufactured, will make much difference. Oh sure, he’ll lose a few votes from the holier-than-thou types, but I don’t think it’ll change any contest that wasn’t already within a percentage point. Considering the rest of the electoral field (Rep and Dem), it’s not like there’s a saintly alternative to park their vote on. All of them are flawed individuals (to say the least), flaws that are very publicly known, and most of those flaws run deeper than anything yet known of Cruze.

Trump has truly changed the game, in that regard. Allegations that previously would have sunk a politician have not even been a speed bump. Conventional, expert consultant wisdom about what voters think and care about has been debunked. Hopefully permanently, so that we can be rid of carefully scripted and approved by committee candidates.

Signs of this could be seen with the late Rob Ford, that despite all his personal failings (and a dedicated media campaign bent on his destruction by any means), his support barely shifted. We can tolerate, even love, a bastard in office, so long as he remains OUR bastard.

  • Ron MacDonald

US politics are dirty, the only guy who can probably hack better than the others is Trump.

  • barryjr

Cruz is such a lying two faced douchebag I could believe him having affairs. This guy is nothing but a sleazeball snake oil salesman well practiced in the art of blaming somebody else when caught in his sleazy actions. There is no doubt he had the pictures of Trumps wife published and anybody that thinks differently better get checked out by a mental health expert. Now look at his new friends, Graham, Romney, Bush III all solid establishment guys, you are judged by the company you keep and Cruz is exposing himself as the establishment weasel he is.

    • Concerned Canadian

          • barryjr

I didn’t puke and no Trump didn’t pay me to say that. It’s odd that this crap follows Cruz around and yet he always claims he had nothing to do with it. Look at the one common denominator in all of these, Cruz.

          • Minicapt

It’s on the Internet, therefore it is true. Thus, DonJohn is still a short-fingered vulgarian.

            Cheers

    • Brett_McS

The nekkid pictures of Trump’s wife were taken on Trump’s plane. They were published in a magazine. Trump boasted about them. Damn, that Cruz guy sure is sleazy!

Cruz had nothing to do with Trumps wife pics,, it was an anti Trump PAC,, not even a pro Cruz PAC,, you are either dishonest or clueless

          Cheers

    • Brett_McS

The story was that Cruz had five ‘flings’. Two of those mentioned have already said “nope, didn’t happen to me”. So that story has been repudiated.

Oh, well then let us regale you with another story … Nope, you’re done. Fool me once …

      “Lyin’ Ted” is pure projection.
