Race-hate charge against PR man over tweet dropped

A man is no longer facing a social media race-hate charge after a message was posted on his Twitter profile about confronting a Muslim woman over the Brussels terror attacks.

Matthew Doyle, 46, from South Croydon, was due to appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.

But on Friday night the Met police said the charge had been dropped after it emerged the police officer in question had jumped the gun and charged Mr Doyle when in fact he needed CPS approval to do so.

  • Nah, the case is just being handed to the prosecutor to charge … or something like that. Which may well be the same prosecuting agency that put on that Mark Patterson subway/rape-hoax witch trial.

See what happens when you don’t ‘write down’ your rights?
They arrested this man over a tweet!

Dimes to doughnuts that police officer who made the charge was either Muslim or another hard-core leftist.

This is a slippery slope, next people will be standing up for “generalized” free speech. What will the police do then?

  • Ho Hum

Evidence of the #CruzSexScandal is just starting to build and will continue for days! Lyin’ Ted is toast!

If you said “excuse me” to a mahometan, you’d be charged with exerting white supremacy.

I cannot think of any reason to say “excuse me” to a muzzie.

If only the counter-terrorist forces could swoop in with the speed and authority the thought police are granted.

“Proper charge procedures not followed”. So it gets tossed.

The plod will still get credit for being “keen on protecting muslims”.
The case goes away, the populace gets the “shut up” message for next time.
Everybody who counts chalks up a win.
