On Immigration, Time for the West to Be Realistic

In September 2015, the photo of a three-year-old Syrian child lying dead on a Turkish beach next to his mother and five-year-old brother, who had all drowned, as had over 2,000 others, was a poignant picture. Everyone recognizes the need for humanitarian assistance to a reasonable degree for those trying to escape from the brutality of the war in Syria and barbarous Islamist terrorism.

  • Charity begins at home. If your (the government’s) kindness towards a third-party (the “refugees”) implies the sacrifice of a second party (the indigenous population – the citizens of your country) – then you are not being charitable (“humanitarian”) but treasonous. We did not elect people to destroy us, but to protect our interests and indeed our very lives.

    • Bataviawillem

There is no regulation ore law that demands protection of citizens by our government or police, that “serve and protect” is a big fat lie.

      • Justin St.Denis

True, and it is even more unfortunate that most Canadians have NO IDEA of the truth and actually believe otherwise.

      • Minicapt

“It shall be lawful for the Queen, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate and House of Commons, to make Laws for the Peace, Order, and good Government of Canada, …”

        • Better than nothing – but not enough of a citizen protection guarantee for nowadays.

      • Shocking.

    A poignant picture?

Only if you are a weak-minded propaganda sucker.

My heart is cold for all muslims and their fate, as should be the heart of every western person who wants their culture, children and civilization to survive.

They are our mortal enemy and we are in a war with them to the death.

  • Physics grad

Everyone recognizes the need for humanitarian assistance?

    Also wrong.

Only treasonous fools see the need for “humanitarian assistance” to our mortal enemies.

Everyone instead needs to recognize the need to destroy Islam and all who attempt to advance its causes.

    • Yes again.

      • Justin St.Denis

Avi, you and I seem to share the same mind sometimes. I do not ignore you, btw; my silence is attributable to the fact that I almost invariably agree at a visceral level with the comments you post.

The only reason there are refugees from these countries is that their culture produces them naturally.

      • Alain

I beg to differ. They are not refugees in the least, they are invaders.

      • Yes, these losers are to blame for their own countries’ demise. Their moving elsewhere will only transport their mental and social problems with them and destroy our societies.

the ruling class get their wish

“It’s been like civil war is breaking out, to be honest.”
Gangs of vigilantes have been roaming the streets of a northern British town for the last week

    • Very interesting comments there. Some people seem ready to burst.

““I personally believe in diversity within a community being a good thing if we all tolerate each other.”
Ah yes, the mandatory nod to “diversity”. Funny how England wasn’t such a shithole before “diversity” came along.

      • Justin St.Denis

Actually, I think the very strong bonds of affection between the indigenous Brits and the British Indian minority population (which the Brit press describe as “South Asian”, which they also use to describe most of their newly acquired muslim population) is why Brits always “defend” the diversity thing. Britain has had a very significant Indian minority for over a century, and that minority has ” integrated culturally” into mainstream Britain very well. Most freedom-loving, culturally “British” people have no issue whatsoever with Britain’s Indian minority. And the Brits have expected a decent curry house on every High Street for DECADES now, and with good reason! Brits LOVE their curry and are loathe to part with it! And beautiful Indian women are the icing on the brown cake, so to speak!

Britain IS diverse and has been for a very long time. Diversity is not the issue. The issueis the non-integrative perspectives and repulsive cultural practices of the immigrant source cultures of recent years.

Straw, meet Camel’s back! Voila! Islam!

        • H

Well stated: the problem is not diversity per se, but Islam.

It’s time for A Clockwork Orange.

    The article is bullshit

“genuine refugees, from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somali, and Eritrea, who can realistically be accepted by European countries and, to a lesser extent, by the United States. ”

Who gives a f#ck about anyone from any one of these countries (certainly the non-Christian ones).

Let them go and beg in a muslim country.

  • moraywatson

If we all submit to the supremacist-mohammedan-migrant-horde, there will nowhere left to go to escape barbarous islamic terrorism. Charity begins at home. That necessitates having a home.

  • Dana Garcia

Rescuing Muslims from their normal slaughter behavior is liberal insanity. You might pick up a bedraggled kitten and take it home, but not an injured rattlesnake.

  • Alain

Sorry but this invited invasion has not relation whatsoever with immigration.

I say, time for a vaccine to counteract the effects of, Infectus Mooslimus.
