Oh No! 8 Hamas militants ‘missing’ after Gaza tunnel collapse

Gaza City (Palestinian Territories) (AFP) – Eight members of the militant group Hamas were missing Wednesday after the collapse of a tunnel in the Gaza Strip caused by rain and flooding, a security source said.

The tunnel collapsed overnight in the area of Jabalia in the north of the Palestinian enclave after several days of rainfall, the security source in the area said on condition of anonymity.

“The resistance tunnel collapsed last night due to the weather and flooding,” the source said, adding that the tunnel belonged to Hamas, the Islamist movement that rules the Gaza Strip.

I hope they find them… DEAD!

      and very thin……

    • Exile1981

The good news is that being underground shortens the distance down they will travel in the afterlife.

  • Med1

No matter how small, it’s still a blessing.

  • Blacksmith

Those evil joos, they changed the weather to create this……..

    • dance…dancetotheradio

The evil joos have sent above zero temperatures and freezing rain to Winnipeg in January.
      Bastages!

      • Blacksmith

Wow they are busy arent they.

        • dance…dancetotheradio

          I know!
How do they find the time to send us good weather when they are so busy sending spy vultures to the Gaza strip?

          • Shebel

Is it cheaper to train a vulture than a drone ?

          • dance…dancetotheradio

            They think so it seems.
Maybe they do that because their culture will never allow them the intellectual freedom to ever conceive of the technology that would permit them to build drones.

          • Shebel

It that why they still use pigeons to send messages?

          • dance…dancetotheradio

Because I do that every day and I don’t even have a cellphone.

      • Shebel

I thought it the big hoses with the big pumps on the other end of the tunnel.

        • dance…dancetotheradio

Hopefully they can employ resourcefulness on the Chunnel to save Britain from Calais.

          • Shebel

It would be easy.. It is that guilt trip thing – that is a stopper.

    • Mal

The Israeli Anti-Sapper Spy Rain project is a thumping success!

    • tom_billesley

The Fakestinians will still complain about being short of water.

  • Shebel

    Now they are Free.

    • moraywatson

No. They can still be charged with “attempted tunnel”.

  • moraywatson

What a load of crap That tunnel collapsed because it was the will of allah ! I know it, you know it, everyone knows it.

  • Spatchcocked

Jews….controlling the weather….salting the clouds…making it rain….with their vulture drones directing the …….the….. The stuff.

    • David Murrell

Shhh! You are giving ideas to CBC News.

      • Shebel

Sounds like the Jews are behind the Green Revolution.

      • Canadian

They wouldn`t know an idea even if they were given one for free.

        • David Murrell

          True. I stand corrected!

    • Drunk_by_Noon

      It is kind of funny.
They think the Jews control the weather and make earthquakes and so they hate them for it.
Did it ever occur to them that if maybe they were nice to the Jews, the Jews might be nice back?
At least THAT would be an internally consistent belief system.
The Arab mind never fails to disappoint.

  • Exile1981

After reading this article i’m saddened by the fact their were only 8 burried alive.

    • Shebel

      It is unfortunate.

  • tom_billesley

A Jew sold them a compass that sent them northwest into the Mediterranean instead of northeast into Israel.

    • Shebel

How many did you divert with that bit of ingenuity?

  • simus1

“members of hamas” may be a bit of a stretch.
rumours suggest a lot of the tunnel building donkey work gets done by “motivated volunteers”.

    • Shebel

I know that I should ask this -but–
      What is a ‘motivated volunteer’?

      • simus1

an optimistic young man with a low pain threshold.

        • Shebel

hahaha–that really is a classic retort

  • Hard Little Machine

At least as organic fertiliser they will serve a useful purpose for the first time.

    • Shebel

It is pretty hard to argu with common sense .

  • A feel-good story then.

  • Shebel

a sense of humour, at least-

  • Well, technically they aren’t really missing. I mean we know where they are, don’t we? Let’s just say they are now in a neutral zone- assuming the ambient temperature of their subterranian environment- stabilizing their carbon foot prints- in a more peaceful place- finding out that there are no 72 virgins waiting for them. I do hope that some or all of them are named ACHed (apologies to Jeff Dunham).

  • chayisun

NO!!! NO!!! That’s horrible! What a way to die. Heh heh……News from Ottawa states that, upon hearing this terrible news the prime minister of Canada is sending heavy equipment to the site, a bunch of shovels and a battalion of soldiers to assist in the recovery of the dead twits…I mean the soldiers of islam.
Justin trudeau has questioned the “accident” and has asked the united nations to investigate.

  • Shebel

    Death to the Jews!

  • gxp01

    LOL! ALOHA SNACKBAR BITCH!! 😀

  • Shebel

What else do we deserve ?
For me ,at least, — I would be loyal to my Country.
Most good Citizens ,require something to be Loyal to ,and if it is Both ‘God and Country ‘—then you have it made. You can DIE with GLORY.

Some of us-don’t have that luxury. We love our Country even tho they do their best to destroy our Religion and they are being quite successful. So all we have left is out County.

WE are not STUPID. When they take our Countries from us —-We have nothing left to fight for .
Hard little Machine —People that have nothing to fight for , are the most dangerous people of ALL .
    WE would have NO loyalty.
