Vigilantes in Finland patrol streets to protect ‘our women’ from asylum seekers

A far-right citizens group is creating chapters across Finland to keep “our women” safe. They are calling themselves the Soldiers of Odin and patrolling the streets.

As reported by The Washington Post, about a dozen of these vigilantes gathered on January 22 for their first patrol after asylum seekers were suspected of committing a series of sexual assaults on New Year’s Eve.

Spread across cities in central and northern Europe, the attacks included almost 400 complaints of sexual harassment in Cologne, Germany, as well as 15 alleged sex-related crimes in the Finnish capital of Helsinki.

What I want to know is why you put sneer quotes around ‘our women’? And what’s with the ‘far-right’ epithet to describe people of aboriginal European heritage standing up to protect European women?

It’s apparently all very well to advocate for resistance to the invasion, until someone actually does something, but then it’s far-right. So we’re meant to moan about it, but when push comes to shove, we’re really supposed to just roll over and piss in the air like the frightened emasculated puppies most of our young men have become.

You took the words out of my mouth. It’s apparently “far right” to believe that laws should be enforced and that people should be able walk on the streets in peace.

I’m not sure if BCR did that or it that’s just the way the headline ran in the original source.

Governments, police and media need to start doing their respective jobs before more people figure out that those institutions are useless.

Not only that, they realize they can do a better job themselves.

    • Exile1981

It’s that way in the original article.

I hope they dress like this:

Hmm, I dunno…any woman who has seen that movie would not be very reassured to see this lot on the street. All they need to do to strike fear into the hearts of Muslim thugs is to have a few big dogs with them. Dogs truly make those people piss themselves with terror.

      • Dave

        You mean dogs like this?

      • dance…dancetotheradio

Well, those droogs would be our droogs.

    This news uplifts my heart.

They need to arm themselves and carry plenty of hemp rope as well

    • Gary

Plus bacon to toss at the quranimals and rapefugees.

Currently , the Cops are attacking the anti-rape protesters with the water canon trucks while rapefugees are protected .

Migrant gangs roam the streets and the government turns a blind eye, patriotic citizens roam the streets and the government is outraged.

  • Kathy Prendergast

Good for them, but I don’t know why these groups always have to be “far right”, or is it just how the media is labeling any group that refuses to get on board with the mass-invasion program? Are these people anti-Semites, who vandalize synagogues and Jewish cemeteries? Are they racist against blacks, Asians, etc.? Are they violent homophobes who go around gay-bashing? Do they wear Nazi insignia? Are they telling women that they should just stay at home or dress like nuns if they don’t want to get raped? If not, they are not “far right”; they are just good citizens. In the words of Malcolm X (can’t believe I’m quoting him, but whatever): “I don’t call self-defense violence; I call it intelligence”.

The Finns don’t say much; they’re more the strong, silent type.

    • ntt1

amazing musicians too, check out The Troubled Three; ride my bike,

  • Kathy Prendergast

They should perhaps research the Guardian Angels, the community self-defense group that became heroes to many in NYC during the worst crime-ridden years of the 80s and 90s.

    • Brett_McS

Yes, and that would be a better name than “Soldiers of Odin”.

Incidentally, (via Google translate) the translation of “Guardian Angels” into Finnish is … “Guardian Angels”. So they could even use the same T-shirts.

      • Kathy Prendergast

Yes, and the “Angels” reference would be adding insult to injury to the Mohammedans, esp. if some of them also wore big silver crosses.

  • Brett_McS

Just a reminder: The Bolsheviks came up with the term “right wing” to describe socialists who appealed to Nationalism: the Fascists and the Nazis.

So, it would make sense to call these groups Nationalists, but whether or not they have socialist theories of economics seems to be beside the point.

    • canminuteman

A you’re right, and B we can argue about economics when we have defeated the alien invaders.

Somewhat OT (but not really) I was talking to a colleague earlier today who is from the Ukraine and she still reads Ukrainian news sites occasionally; she said she read on one of them today that migrants in the “Jungle” camp near Calais have been rioting in the town itself (which so far the media has said has been mostly free from any negative effects of the Jungle being nearby), and have smashed 100s of windows there, also she said that there have been cases around there of migrants raping and then killing lambs and sheep they steal from surrounding farms. Absolutely zero about any of this in the English-speaking media, from what I could see. Eastern Europeans are far less politically correct about this whole issue and so too is their media, I would imagine, but still I’m not sure how reliable the media there is, either. Anyone who speaks an Eastern European language that could investigate this further?
