Hillary Clinton’s Email Scandal Appears Gravely Criminal

From the start, since we first learned about the home-brew email system then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton set up for conducting her government business, I’ve argued that she very likely committed felony violations of federal law. Yet it appears I underestimated the gravity of her misconduct — ironically, by giving her the benefit of the doubt on a significant aspect of the scheme.

Anyone with a brain knows this. Treason carries the death penalty too.

    • I hope Hillary takes others when she goes down squealing like a pig.

This investigation sure is proceeding at a leisurely pace.

I say the FBI finishes its report and then hands it over to the DOJ who either says that there is not enough evidence (and then Hillary better hope like hell that Trump or Cruz does not become elected) to indict and they run out the clock.
Obama steps in and denounces the whole thing as a “political witch hunt” and the rest of the media and Dems fall into line and they then run out the clock.

Boys and girls, I believe that the fix is most certainly in on this one, if Trump is not elected, because I’m not comfortable that Cruz wouldn’t trade Hillary for some legislative support on some bill that in the end makes no difference.

    • Brett_McS

Trump has been good friends with the Hilldebeast for some time. I think Cruz would more likely prosecute.

To get a presidential pardon don’t you need to be convicted of something?

          Good to know.

      • Minicapt

To be more complete, Gerald Ford issued a pardon for Richard Nixon, which prevented the latter from being charged for his “Watergate misdemeanours”.

        • dance…dancetotheradio

          Right on.
I was just a kid when Watergate happened.

    • V10_Rob

The only aspect of this case that would surprise anyone at this point would be an announcement to prosecute.

Laws are for the little people.

    • Exile1981

The dems in congress yesterday were calling it nothing but a witch hunt.

  • Petrilia

Oooh, wicked witch on Hillarys shoulder.

  • David

They don’t come much more brazen than that witch.

The FBI is ready to recommend that Hillary Clinton be indicted for mishandling classified information, former House majority leader Tom DeLay said on The Steve Malzberg Show Monday. Delay echoed what both columnist Charles Krauthammer and famed attorney Joe diGenova have said in the past month about what will happen if Attorney General Loretta Lynch refuses to bring charges against Clinton. That is, FBI investigators are prepared to make a stink if Clinton’s offenses are swept under the rug.

“I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they’re ready to indict,” said DeLay. “They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public.” The most recent revelations about the above-top-secret classification of some of the emails that ended up on Clinton’s private, unsecured system, appear to be, as PJ Media’s Andrew McCarthy described it, “gravely criminal.”

“One way or another, either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign,” DeLay said Monday. “One way or another, she’s going to have to face these charges.”

I’ll believe it when I see it. Friends don’t let friends perp walk.

A lot of FBI are going to find their careers inexplicably shortened. Bastard Republicans and their budget cuts, ya know.

    • mauser 98

Majority (Republican) Leader is Kevin McCarthy
Tom DeLay was the House Majority Leader from 1995 to 2003

  • ntt1

so somebody removed the secrecy ranking from the files then put them on hildebeasts home network. this was to provide her with plausible deniability if caught, I wonder if that somebody wasn’t a sharmota with muslim brotherhood ties and a really ridiculous husband

  • mauser 98

Hill will not be indicted..FBI be damned
Hill has threatened to unload all the dirt she knows if indicted
    Washington will burn

    • I truly believe something like that is going on. Because she’s not scared. She’s unrepentant, cocky, and arrogant. If she were scared she would have suspended her campaign long ago. She’s too sure of herself and THAT tells me she knows she’s safe.

Only one way to deal Cinton scandal.

Hillary (and Bill, and, Obama for that matter) are masters of the loophole. Her defense will be that others altered these docs and placed them on the server w/o her knowledge so that to the best of her understanding, if a document carried no classification markings it was not classified. Underlings like Cheryl Mills were born to fall on their swords. Like Scooter Libby, who everyone knew was not responsible for outing Valerie Plame, they take the hit. It’s the way things have always been. And in 18 months or so when they get out Federal prison, they’re given a sinecure 2 or 3 steps removed from the people they covered. Hillary will make a call to someone who makes a call to someone who makes a call to some foundation or think tank or college board or media company or K-street firm and that person is given a no show job.

But the core of this is “It depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is”.

Lovely photo of Hilary and her pet Muslima.
