Enrique Marquez Jr. faces more charges in San Bernardino terrorist attack

Enrique Marquez Jr., the man who purchased two of the weapons used to kill 14 people inside a San Bernardino social services center earlier this month, was indicted Wednesday on additional charges related to the deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil since Sept. 11, 2001, federal prosecutors said.

Prosecutors unveiled a superseding indictment that brings the total number of charges against Marquez to five. He faces up to 50 years in federal prison if convicted.
