He was 70
Live fast die old!!
He sure did.
I spent an evening drinking with Lemmy and his band at the Red Lion in Victoria in 1983, they were the backup group playing at the Memorial Arena the following night.
I remember the first time I caught a glimpse of Lemmy and the band, and it was like “Whaaaa???”
Hard, fast, not particularly good-looking, but unique as all get-out.
Awww Man. Killed by Death.
Their latest album is only just out and it’s stone cold AAA killer rock and roll.
RIP Big Man.
Weird… I put my Motorhead T-shirt on this morning before I heard he had died, Hadn’t worn it in months. RIP Lemmy, Thanks for 40 years of kick ass rock!
