Who are the Syrian rebels holding talks in Saudi Arabia?

Around 100 representatives of the Syrian opposition are meeting in the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh to prepare for peace talks with the Assad regime.

They include spokesmen for the 70,000 “moderate rebels” cited by David Cameron as he made the case for Britain to take part in bombing raids on Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) in Syria.

Britain and other Western nations have observer status at the meeting, but the aim is that it should be a Syrian negotiation led by the revolution’s Sunni Arab backers – with Saudi Arabia at their head.

You know who Assad should be having peace talks with?
    His own building inspectors!

Unreinforced masonry in a residential structure (why the entitle side of that building peeled off in one even layer)?
The Soviets didn’t even pull that crap.

    • No, no, its just a charming new take on Islamic life style building- When the occupants move in to a new building, the first time the call to prayer sounds the wall facing Mecca falls off so that the morality police can check to see that everyone is bowing and groveling. Allah hu Masonry!

Good, maybe the 25,000 headed for Canada can just stay there and then go home soon, but doubt it. Truedope would bring them anyway, he’s such a doofus.
