Special forces on UK streets amid fears Britain could be next target for well integrated Muslims

Britain launched the largest security response since 7/7 last night as counter terrorism sources revealed up to 450 radicalised Britons have returned to the UK from Syria.

Special forces were deployed on the streets to monitor stations, shopping centres and key public places amid fears the UK could be the next target for an Isil terror outrage.

  • Xavier

Terrorism is a tactic, Islam is the problem. They are fighting a symptom.

    • Alain

      Bingo.

  • WalterBannon

If not the UK today, then it will be attacked tomorrow.

Scumbags like Cameron have guaranteed this.

And it is coming to Canada and America next.

Its time to start hanging politicians for treason.

And BAN ISLAM, DEPORT ALL MUSLIMS.

    • Billy Bob Thornton

Fix the Middle East then by supporting Russia. You can thank Western imperialists for Libya, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

They have nowhere to go these migrants.

Talk is cheap Walter especially when you keep wanting genocide, which you have mentioned several times on this platform.

      • David

Just how will russia fix the middle east?

        • Billy Bob Thornton

By supporting the Syrian nation and the Iraqi nation in fixing those countries. We have to help Russia in fixing those areas and then the migrants can go back. Of course, it is not as simple as that because no nation can protect 100% of its territory. That was suggested on CBC and other networks yesterday. Unless of course you want a full-on police state with no freedoms and martial law.

          • Ed Ellison

These countries do not want their migrant citizens back.
            At all.
This is the biggest problem for the west: once these migrants get here, they never go home.

          • Billy Bob Thornton

I think it has to be temporary since the nations cannot survive unless there is a massive underclass.

I am a centrist nationalist but we need to go back to nation states once again instead of being global citizens which is the end goal of capitalism.

Fascism or market capitalism or corporate capitalism are capitalism in decay. Perhaps France’s Front National will pursue protectionist policies. Their party does stand for it. We shall see.

          • DMB

Capitalism is not the problem corporatism and socialism is the problem. Just look at the sale of Hydro One in Ontario. 60% will go in private hands while 40% remains under government control. That means we will have a private majority controlled monopoly with no competition. This is happening under a socialist Wynne government. This is NOT capitalism at work.

          • Billy Bob Thornton

What do you mean?! The trade agreements always have to get more and more entrenched and that means giving up more and more sovereignty. Corporatism is what capitalism has been about since NAFTA. Hydro One had to occur because of debt which is frankly I would say made up because debts are made by the lenders and they get to set the rates. Which is why as a nationalist I support BRICS and the AIIB that China set up. As for socialism, all systems use a bit of each system nowadays and that makes them syncretic, so to suggest a party is really one thing is misleading. Ontario lost manufacturing due to the susceptibility of the markets at the heights of the financial crisis of 2008. What Canada needs to do is in fact have manufacturing and industry lead the way in creating jobs and yes that will most likely involve government unions for some of it, while the private sector takes hold of other industries. Remember capitalism works best as a mixed economy. Europe is merely feeling the problems of economics first.

          • DMB

I agree that Canada needs to have manufacturing and industry lead the way in creating jobs but unfortunately we have two major socialist provincial leaders Kathleen Wynne and Rachael Noetly out to destroy private sector manufacturing and industry. Noetly targeting the oil and gas industry which is bleeding job losses in Alberta right now. Wynne who is raising hydro, business taxes causing the loss of 300,000 manufacturing jobs in Ontario while trying to compensate for these losses by creating 300,000 jobs in the public sector which is unsustainable in the long run. Wynne is doing everything she can to please her allies in the public sector at the cost of manufacturing and industry in Ontario.

          • Billy Bob Thornton

The Canadian Action party believes and I think this is true that opening up manufacturing to compete with the rest of the world is why manufacturing left Ontario and Canada. Canada used to make clothes and other goods. I would rather have Canada have full employment than economic liberalism which has in fact been an abysmal failure. I do not support the global warming agenda since it is tied to a form of globalism, but nationalists believe in some globalism in trading with the world, but they do not believe in corporatism, socialism, communism or global capitalism. They believe in national sovereignty, nation-states and protecting the borders of the nation. They also believe in a mixed economy and some trade overseas, and in some cases they could support some industrial controls to create national wealth.

          • DMB

Opening up manufacturing to compete with the rest of the world only works if Canada is competing with other countries on an equal playing ground as in labour laws, environmental laws, wage parodies. There is no point in trading with nations who will circumvent these conditions since it will erode our purchasing power and standard of living.

          • Billy Bob Thornton

And explain to me how TPP won’t lead to more St. Thomas-like scenarios in Southern Ontario, the former manufacturing heartland. If you think about it, ideologies have gotten more right wing since the 80’s. The NDP used to oppose free trade entirely and now not a word. Everything is racing to the bottom and there is nothing huge which distinguishes the parties. Parties have to adapt to play the game. Sadly, people on here think traditional nationalism or traditional socialism exist. Give me a break! The only think I notice in the West is bailing out of industries, bailing out of banks and massive corporate subsidies. That alone proves that we have economic fascism.

          • DMB

It won’t be NAFTA or the TPP that will lead to the economic downfall of Ontario. It will be Wynne’s high taxes and regulations that will accomplish it. The NDP “opposed” free trade only to believe under Thomas Mulcair there would be political gain from it and he was wrong. Mulcair NDP was punished at the polls. I too oppose corporate welfare and bank bailouts. It would have been far more productive to let the banks fail and liquidate there assets to other financial institutions protecting individuals from losing potentially there lifesavings.

          • Billy Bob Thornton

I do not support the NDP, but I am anti-globalist and anti-imperialist but I think letting the banks fail, letting the big corporations fail should have been the strategy. The point of capitalism is to restructure to have the next phases of capitalism take hold. The Canadian Action party has argued about this for a long time that capitalism has to be about balance or it won’t work correctly. High taxation is not necessarily the problem with capitalism. Taxes are part of the system. Globalist exposure I believe has been the problem since 9/11. People seem to forget that politicians never talk about disposable incomes, falling wages, full employment or private sector debt. Which is why nationalism is the logical step for capitalism to go to next. I mean if you are opposed to globalism on global warming and the UN, then why support it through free trade which is the same corporatist nonsense.

          • terrence

It is crony capitalism; it is NOT free market capitalism. It is also a variation of fascism

          • Alain

Absolutely correct. I call it corporate socialism, but it is exactly the same thing as crony capitalism.

  • Minicapt

I would be more interested reading report and seeing images of the subsequent Mohammedan corpses in the streets.

    Cheers

  • lolwut?

Sad to say, but attacks need to happen to push things over the edge
and shut down the borders completely and get enough people angry
    enough to fight back.

Yep, as per Minicapt’s comment, that’s the only type of news report I want to see from now on.

  • ismiselemeas

Here’s my take on it. The theatre attack had nothing to do with an attack on European values, it was simply because it was owned by a prominent Jewish family and they also hold held many Jewish and pro Israel events. The cafe attacks were randomly chosen to set up a smoke screen, one to the east and one to the west as the attackers converged on the theatre from different directions. The three suicide bombers couldn’t get into the stadium so they just blew themselves up outside with minimal damage.

But Michael Coren in the National Post says that Britain has had great success in integrating muslims. He should know about all matters religion, since he has joined most of them over the years. But then he thinks gay sex is the most important issue in the world.

    • Millie_Woods

I don’t know which I’m most sick of hearing about, global warming, islamobloodnuts, women, blacks or gays.

      • Xavier

It is tiring trying to keep up with all the groups who want us dead.

        • Millie_Woods

‘Wanting us dead’ does seem to be the common thread, doesn’t it?

    • ismiselemeas

Coren is the epitome of a whinging pom. He deserves as much print space as what’s needed to wipe your arse. That’s being generous.

They’ll go back underground and give the give the heat time to die down. The imams are already coming out with phony condemnations. 2 days and Obama will start spinning the “good boys who just needed a job” jive. Only the Russians won’t fall for it and will keep killing them like roaches.

  • Alain

How long before UK Special Forces are given different orders? Orders to search out those guilty of “islamophobia”.

    • terrence

      NOT LONG, AT ALL.
