European migrant crisis cost British business £660million last year as vital trade routes ground to a halt

The European migrant crisis cost British businesses £660million in the last year after the huge influx of people ground vital trade routes to a halt, a report has found.

Lorry loads of vital cargo such as food and medical supplies had to be destroyed after desperate migrants climbed on board vehicles seeking a way into Britain.

Delays caused by border closures across Europe as countries struggled to deal with the influx of hundreds of thousands of migrants had a crippling effect on deliveries.

But they’ll make it up tenfold once a few million more “refugees” are allowed to enrich Europe. Happy prosperous times for everyone!

Who needs food and medical supplies when you have so much vibrancy?

I remember the story about them urinating in the tanker truck of liquid chocolate.

When France had too many foreigners at a loose end after the Napoleaonic Wars, they started a Foreign Legion and sent them to fight in places like Madagascar and Algeria. That may not have been far sighted, as it set off a chain of events that led to banlieues full of Maghrebis.

  • This negative economic aspect of the immigrants is never mentioned in the MSM. I am sure the billion dollars mentioned here is just the tip of a massive iceberg in that respect. The immigrants are bringing poverty to their host countries, as well as rape, robbery, assault, etc.
I marvel at people like Merkel who are destroying the world.

I would take every single one of these immigrants into the Canadian Arctic and build camps and sweatshops to harness their labour.
We could use them to counter the Chinese use of slave labour.
They could go back home if they wanted to but while they were here they would earn their keep.

      • Good idea. Forewarn them before they come. That should keep them away!
