Black box on doomed Russian airliner DID record a ‘noise’ in final second, investigator reveals as Egypt hits out at the West for failing to share intelligence

An abnormal noise can be heard at the end of a recording recovered from the black box of the crashed Russian jet, Egyptian officials have confirmed.

Ayman al-Muqaddam, head of the investigation committee, said the noise occurred at the end of the 24-minute recording.

But he pushed back against international suspicions it was caused by a bomb as he insisted the reason for the crash was still unknown.

Tell Egypt what intelligence assets you have in Egypt and how you monitor possible malefactors, and pretty soon you have none and every fox has gone to ground. Was intelligence about bin Laden shared with Pakistan?

The head of Sharm el-Sheikh airport has been replaced
Adel Mahgoub, the chairman of the state company that runs Egypt’s civilian airports, insisted Abdel-Wahab Ali had been ‘promoted’ to become his assistant in Cairo, and the move had nothing to do with Russian jets blowing up.

I agree but how hard would it be to put a device on an airplane in Egypt?
      A child could do it…figuratively.

I saw on TV the black box (if it was the black box) was orange and made by Honeywell. Can Asiatic Communist Russkies not make a black box yet?

“…Egypt hits out at West for failing to share intelligence…”
