‘Worst deal in the province’s history’: Opposition slam Ontario’s ‘ludicrous’ Hydro One sell-off

The Ontario Liberals are steamrolling ahead with a plan to sell off 60 per cent of Hydro One in the wake of a damning report that said the sale could cost the province up to $500 million a year in the long run.

“This is the worst deal in the province’s history,” PC Hydro One critic Todd Smith said in question period following the release of the financial accountability officer’s report.

That’s the worst act she can do against the province .

    • BillyHW

What’s the worst act you could do against a donkey, Maurixio?

      • El Martyachi

Since Maurixio is apparently having an off night, please allow me to retort on his behalf.
“I can let the donkey have your sister the whores for one night!”

        • Maurixio Garciasanchez

That was a perfect answer for mister BillyaHIV .

No problem folks. As the new PM’s biggest fan and supporter she’ll make that paltry yearly sum up in spades when Justin starts doling out some of the non existent 145 billion he used to get elected.

OMER’s will buy up a huge chunk of shares for the Dividends and become just one more tool to control the Elections and get more money.
The Ontario Bonds are held by Public sector Union pension funds which is a circle of corruption because Wynne needs to sell them to pay the Gov employees , but then the Interest from the bonds that Wynne pays out goes in the OMER’s Pension which buys their votes and forcing Wynne to give them more money with raises and better benefits.
This scam is like a loophole to hand bags of money to CUPE and OPSEU and keep it off the books as a raise , this tactic worked well for the CAW when Taxpayers bailed them out while their actual Wage was close to $60.00 an hour but hidden in the Retirement Benefits .

With our combined National debts of almost $4 trillion and counting , it makes sense for why Paul Martin and other Wealthy Liberals hide their money outside of Canada knowing we will implode by this Ponze scheme as ENRON did when there weren’t enough humans on Earth with bags of money to keep the scam going.
The public sector employees think they are being paid with Real money , but it’s wallpaper and they better get ready to hear form the SCOC that the Gov is broke and can legally void all past agreements with Unions.
When Obama bailed out GM for it’s $60 billion in debts from the same scam , it too was fake money while GM now produces 70% of it’s vehicles outside of the USA and has 11 Joint venture Plants with the Communist Party member’s approval in China .

50 years of Liberalism and election fraud to buy votes with promises of FREE stuff got us to here…..the Liberals now want to solve the crisis by spending even more money for FREE stuff as our factories close down and Welfare housing grows .

The first media party tale put out about how hyperinflation is going to be “a great boon to the middle class” should be an interesting event.

But the Globe and Mail is bootlicking their Liberal cronies, in Ontario, over the deal. Here Liberal-shine boy, Tim Kiladze, of the Globe, shines the boots of Liberal apparatchik Ed Clark, over the pricing of Hydro 1 shares:

Needless to say, Mr. Kiladze says nothing about the recent negative report on the deal. Just be a PR flack for Ms. Wynne.

Sell it and open the province up to other electricity generating companies. Nothing like a little competition to make things interesting. Ontario is bordered by Michigan, New York, Quebec, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Manitoba. I say we go with the lowest bidder per GW hr.

  • Clink9

I just heard it’s going for 20 bucks a share. Maybe it’s time to buy some to pay for the higher hydro bills.

    • Liberal Progressive

Premier Wynne already make a public statement that this sale should lead to a decrease in electricity prices.

      • Clink9

Yes, she is a paragon of virtue.

  • Liberal Progressive

Kathleen Wynne should fire the Financial Accountability Commissioner for his biased report.

To write such anti government lies Stephen LeClair must be a closet conservative which is more than enough reason to fire any government employee.

Premier Wynne would not do anything that wasn’t in the best interests of everybody in Ontario.
