Housemaid has her hand chopped off by female Saudi Arabian employer

An Indian housemaid had her hand hacked off allegedly by her female employer in Saudi Arabia and has complained she has been tortured whilst working in Riyadh.

Kasturi Munirathinam, originally from the south Indian city of Chennai, had been earning £150 a month while working as a cleaner for a household in the Saudi capital.

Since she started working in Riyadh, she said she had been tortured and deliberately deprived of food by her employers.

Thank god we have the UN human rights board to set this atrocity straight Saudi Arabia is a board member so it should have prominence…right?

  • Arabs are utterly evil.

Hey, these people would make fantastic immigrants, no? It always warms my heart when I see them downtown at Costco wearing their freedom masks. So nice of their owners to take them out. The cultural diversity they bring with them is so necessary for us unenriched old/new stock non-muslim Canadians.

They also make great foreign students at our colleges and universities.

Yes, I think I see a lot of those. I didn’t feel comfortable walking by a pack of them. They like to leer. Unfortunately, I think they like to stay on as immigrants and I’m sure they bring their wahabbi (sp?) values with them.

Embrace the diversity you filthy racist.

Google Debbie Schlussel’s blog. She has a good post today about the diversity that some Saudi exchange students brought to the States…cultural enrichment facets like gang rape. They really seem to be into that.

I can imagine it must be pretty shit to wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and see an arab looking back. Hacking up the maid is one form of therapy, I guess.

There must be a lot of abuse of immigrant-workers going on in the “rich” Middle Eastern countries — but the media coverage and investigative work must be thin. Our Western elites are not the least bit interested in this issue.

I have no idea why even the poorest of poor would work there. Imagine how much harder life is going to be missing a hand now.

It makes me wonder how many are buried in the desert and reported as runaways.

      • David

        Tens of thousands I’m sure.

We should just take their oil.

The consequences for the woman who cut off her hand. . . slap on the wrist.

She should take her case to the Human Rights Commission at the UN.

she should poison the entire arab family and watch them all die, then feed them to a pig
