Shocka! Three in four Brit travellers ‘actively avoid’ Islamic countries as holiday destinations, says new research

Following the terrorist attack in Tunisia and the migrant situation in the Mediterranean, British holidaymakers are becoming increasingly concerned over their personal safety, which is impacting their willingness to travel overseas.

In fact, 75 per cent of British tourists admit that they now actively avoiding Muslim countries when deciding where to head this winter.

It appears that traditional winter sun destinations are being traded in favour of ‘safer’ countries that they ‘would not otherwise have chosen to visit.’
