Posting xenophobic views online in Germany could cost you your job & child – report

Individuals who choose to share radical or xenophobic views on social media risk not only losing their jobs in Germany, but their children as well, local media reports. Posting an unorthodox opinion on Facebook could be enough to get the ball rolling.

It’s not clear how “radical” opinions will be defined. But simply by expressing discontent with Syrian refugees living nearby or making threats toward asylum-seekers parents may accidentally push things too far, Die Welt reported, citing the Deutsche Anwaltauskunft information portal of the German Lawyers’ Association.

Controversial political or religious sentiments from a parent will have a direct impact on the rights of the child, if the child’s welfare is endangered thereby. A family court will have to clarify whether an action endangers the child’s welfare indeed and whether termination of parental rights is necessary.

This is the point at which where Frau Merkel and any other fascist who would enact and enforce this need to see the business end of any number of firearms.

    • tom_billesley

It’s a pity lamp posts don’t have cross bars any more.

  • Achmed

Let us hope Merkel give those jobs to refugees and has the kids taught the Qur’an. That’ll teach those Islamophobes!

  • k1962

Hopefully it works both ways, ie. against hateful Muslim jihadis.

    • Blacksmith

      Not likely.

      • tom_billesley

Followers of the religion of peace? Never.

  • Blacksmith

Achtung! You WILL conform your opinion to that of the state!

  • It’s despicable. They’ve mixed two completely opposite things together — non-violent speech and violent speech in defining illegal xenophobia:

    “…expressing discontent…or making threats…”

  • Petey the First

They will take away your livelihood and your children. And they don’t expect revolution?

    • P_F

The authorities, European & north American, knows it very well; The spirit of revolution in the west is long dead so are the means.

        Uncanny, isn’t it?

If anyone disagrees with mass muslim immigration, they are clearly insane. In fact, if anyone disagrees with Merkel and the government, they are clearly insane: lock them all up, and make society safer for law-abiding German citizens.

    • Xavier

      Mark them too.

  • Allan

Germany. Going right back to fascism. Next stop Sharia.

  • john700

So the retirees are the only hope: no jobs and no children to be taken.

    • tom_billesley

They’ll only be allowed visits with grandkids if supervised by a social worker.

      • DavidinNorthBurnaby

There won’t be any non-Muslim grandchildren in Germany soon anyway.

        • Xavier

What happens when you mix Aryans, Arabs, and an ideology that wants to rule the world?

  • john700

That’s the first stage of Western communism.

  • Ed

AND, voting could cause Merkel to lose her job!

  • tom_billesley

Trouble in store for UK politicians:
Concern about immigration has reached record heights after a summer of chaos across Europe, a poll reveals.
Some 56 per cent of the public say shoring up our porous borders is among the most crucial issues facing the UK – a six point rise in a month.
Some 40 per cent believe it is the single biggest concern – dwarfing the NHS, which was in second place on 9 per cent.

What percentage of the German population actually agree with this nonsense?
