Turkey under attack as terrorists target police stations and US consulate

VIOLENCE exploded in Turkey this morning as terrorists targeted police and military across the country and the American consulate building in Istanbul came under fire.

Four police officers are believed dead in a blast in the south-east of the country, while a soldier was killed nearby when a helicopter was shot at by Kurdish militants.

It comes just two weeks after Turkey launched a “synchronised war on terror”, which included air strikes on Islamic State and Kurds in Syria.

Since then it has been on a high alert to terror attacks.

Istanbul was first targeted in the early hours of Monday when a car bomb planted outside a police station exploded, injuring at least 10 people.

Interesting that when there aren’t any Westerners around to blame, the Muslims just slaughter each other. I wonder how they are going to blame this on the West? I’m sure they will find a way.

It doesn’t make sense for ISIS to attack Turkey because Turkey has the military capability to invade and destroy ISIS. Iran is probably involved in some way.

Huh? This is about islam. This is about dying in the cause of allah. This is about muslim supremacism. This is about 14 centuries of totalitarian aspirations. This is NOT about making sense.

This is precisely what that pig Erdogan wanted – some pushback from Kurds in Turkey itself so he has the excuse to go after them more forcefully. Our wonderful NATO ally, Turkey. Excuse me while I puke.

The melee spreads. Other than rescuing non-Muslims and arming the Kurds, we should stay out.
