UK: Judge overrules Theresa May and allows convicted terror prisoner to be freed

A man believed by police to pose a threat to the UK is to be released from prison after Theresa May lost a court case to keep him in jail until he can be deported.

The man, a foreign national, has spent years in behind bars on terror-related offences and is still believed to pose a threat to the public.

But a judge has now overruled the Home Secretary’s argument that the man, known in court as N2, should be remanded in custody because he is a threat to national security.

Perhaps everyone in the West simply needs more sensitivity training in regards to the only legitimate religion in the world. The Saturday Star is excited about a new line of clothing for young muslim girls in public schools in the United States. Yes now students can take part in sports in the infidel schools by wearing a new line of sports clothing that covers all the body except the face. Perhaps some day they can improve the line to cover the face as well, so they won’t be called sluts.

Seems the judiciary needs to be reined in everywhere.

Obviously David Cameron’s speech about the existential threat that radical Islam poses to the western world meant nothing. Of course, that was a whole week ago. A lot’s probably changed since then.

What should have been overruled was her decision to ban Robert Spencer and Pam Geller from entering Britain.

Just image if during WW I and II judges had had such power what the outcome would have been. When unelected judges, even elected ones, decide border control and security, national security and defence along with immigration, you may as well just surrender to total defeat.
