Bill Cosby Deposition Reveals Calculated Pursuit of Young Women, Using Fame, Drugs and Deceit

He was not above seducing a young model by showing interest in her father’s cancer. He promised other women his mentorship and career advice before pushing them for sex acts. And he tried to use financial sleight of hand to keep his wife from finding out about his serial philandering.

Excerpts From Bill Cosby’s Deposition

I’m not sure which makes me more angry; that he lied, or that Gloria Allred was right. Just typing that last part was painful.

  • Alain

While I certainly do not condone this or find it acceptable in the least, I must admit the irony. Here is a society/culture which promotes abortion on demand and the radical homosexual agenda and people have their nickers all twisted over this. When a culture/society has descended to sexualising everything even the youngest child, it holds no moral high ground in this case.

    • It’s worse in that many feel betrayed.

      • Alain

I think those who are now adult men and suffered homosexual acts inflicted on them by men in authority such as coaches, teachers, priests and others have plenty of reason to feel betrayed. I disagree that one is worse or better than the other.

      • Clausewitz

I’m thinking that the NAACP no longer refers to Cosby as a black man.

That sound you hear is the crashing and burning of yet another star…

Sad, another childhood memory of comedy records played at dinner parties, First Rolf Harris and now Cos,

    • I always looked at it as aspirational (if that’s a word). Should blacks always be portrayed in the media as lowlifes? I mean, as if that’s a good thing?

Whatever. I’m absolutely creeped out. What a monster Cosby is.

      • Drunk_by_Noon

I think an ACCURATE portrayal is a good thing.
I however don’t recall any instances of blacks being portrayed as monsters in popular media, since maybe 1915’s “Birth of a Nation”.

I fear that you have just won the thread BillyHW.
Yeah, that seems to be where their head is, or so many of them that assuming they are not all that way is a potentially lethal mistake.

        • I remember when that show was on the air blacks sometimes complaining about how bourgeois and phony it was, and how the Huxtables were all oreos etc.

          • Drunk_by_Noon

They specifically accused him and them of “acting white”.
Maybe Theo should have sold more drugs on the show?

      • Kaye

They (the Huxtables) were inspirational too, not just for blacks: they were just such a nice family, who wouldn’t have wanted to grow up as one of those children? And even though I was bummed out by this story, I took solace in thinking that many people, the writers, producers, folks who just liked the show, saw the character he played and the Huxtables in general as admirable and worthy of emulation. Even though Cosby himself was a jerk, the character he played had a power of its own – something aspirational, as you say.

  • Justin St.Denis

Perhaps I was exposed at a younger age to corruption, but I have known about Cosby’s philandering for decades now. Did anyone seriously believe that Cosby and Dr. Huxtable were similar? Did any adult really think of Cosby as “America’s dad”? Was I out of the room when the gullibility pills were handed out? Genuinely perplexed here.

Famous guy used ‘ludes and position to bed models…

    • Drunk_by_Noon

    • Oh, come on, Jay. Why would a guy like Cosby have had to drug women into semi(?)-unconsciousness to get laid? I mean, we’re not talking Polanski; I have to assume wrangling 13-year-old girls might be tricky. They do tend to be emotional. No. This was a fetish. It borders on necrophilia.

Thats what happen to females who are looking for fame and rich, they get raped first.
