Canada: Muslim who threatened to behead boss given conditional discharge to avoid deportation

REGINA — Ahmed Yusuf was far from lovin’ it when he felt he was not getting enough break time from his job at a local McDonald’s.

But his super-sized response led to a criminal charge and could easily have resulted in his being removed from the country altogether.

Thanks Judge. Just what Canada needs! Muslim Head Choppers.

Why would the judge give a damn if this dickhead is dangerous? It’s not like the judge will ever be in harm’s way. All he has to worry about is putting on a show of how compassionate he is.
    As for the McDonald’s employees?

    Screw them, they’re little people.

  • dagawker

This is just the judge’s way of saying, that islam is a death cult.

    • dagawker

      Politically correct way that is.

  • Canadian Born

So he could be deported and yet we keep this kind of garbage in our country? So who are the delusional ones? I think it is the psychiatrist.

  • Alain

Name and shame the judge publically. Furthermore this should be enough to deport this POS regardless of the miscarriage of justice. Courts do not have a mandate to decide immigration policy. Deport now.

    • They do it all the time.

The law is the law and the judiciary has too much discretion.

      • WalterBannon

The people need to be the law and start summarily hanging the judiciary for treason

    • Petrilla

Totally agree with you Alain that this judge must be named and shamed and this Saudi needs to deported before he carries out his threat on his next boss, assuming he isn’t on welfare. What a disgraceful sham and shame on Canada for in any way thinking this POS will ever learn to be a decent Canadian…or civilized. High time for judges to be elected and accountable to Canadians, real Canadians.

    • barryjr

All judges should be named in every case so we know who is making these decisions that destroy the country. If they want the pay to make these decisions they can stand up and be accountable for their actions.

  • pike bishop

I like the photo-shop but this type of thing is not funny anymore. The judge is not fit to sit over a hot dog eating contest.

  • eMan14

It riles me that our judicial system has more compassion for these low life scum than it does for our own citizens. If we can’t deport the criminal, deport the judge who made this decision.
I know we can’t. But somehow they need to come to terms with extremely poor decision making.

  • Maggat

Who in the hell knows what you’ll get with your fry’s.

  • Kenton de Jong

The title says that Ahmed Yusuf is Muslim, yet I find no evidence anywhere to say he is religious at all. Yes, he is from Saudi Arabia and that’s where Islam was founded, but Bill Clinton is from America and that’s where Santanism was founded, and where it grew during the Satanic Panic.

While there is no doubt Ahmed Yusuf was Muslim, perhaps you should call him “Arab” unless you want to be considered one suffering from Islamophobia. Which I’m sure you are not 🙂

    • Minicapt

Do you get paid for this “sarcasm”? Are you buddies with Billy-Bob the Eyety mumbler?

      • Kenton de Jong

People can get paid for being sarcastic??? That’s awesome!

    • Justin St.Denis

Satanism, such as it is, was not founded in America. You, sir, are an idiot.

      • Kenton de Jong

But sir, Anton LeVey, the Father of Modern Satanism, was an American!

        • Justin St.Denis

Big whoop. If you’ve done your research, you know Levay was no satanist. His deathbed mutterings have been transcribed for all to read. He was American, you are right on that score. But that’s all.

    • No.

  • Clear Thinker

This is the new/old scam whereby the judiciary interferes with the legislature and the law. It has been this way for years that these slimebags get to stay, well as the Donald says, “somebody is doing the raping”.

  • Maple Curtain

Notice that it wasn’t a spontaneous remark, but a planned assault/intimidation with back-up forces (oh, brave Mo, always needing the strength of numbers). Without checking my Criminal Code, I’m pretty sure that other charges could have and should have been brought as well. This act was gang intimidation with the uttering of a death threat – I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of this Mo. Anyway, I thought all the real Moes were on planes to Syria/Iraq, so why does he want to stay?

  • WalterBannon

I hope some muslim chops this judges head off
