UK: Now e-cigarettes could be banned in public places

E-cigarettes could be banned from enclosed public places.

The Welsh Government said yesterday it wants to bring the devices in line with existing smoking laws. Health Minister Mark Drakeford described e-cigarettes as a ‘gateway’ to deadly tobacco and said they risked ‘re-normalising smoking’.

The proposals form part of a Public Health Bill, which also aims to make it illegal to hand over tobacco to under-18s as well as introducing licensing laws for tattooists…

Health Minister Mark Drakeford, described as a typical nanny state douche, needs, like so many, to get a @*^#ing life.

And we all know where it will eventually lead

OH, the tragedy of smoking e-cigarettes!

  • Billy Bob Thornton

I think e-cigarettes are a great idea to end smoking for people.

I can understand the need to raise taxes for government, but the main reason for taxes is to keep services running.

It is all about government needing money to raise.

No wonder e-cigarettes are either becoming banned or taxed by government.

The fact is e-cigarettes are a threat to cigarette tax collection. Governments that are bankrupting themselves are addicted to tax collection. I look forward to what people think about my comments regarding e-cigarettes. Which is why carbon taxes are being proposed. I am vehemently against globalist environmental strategies as an economic nationalist.

LOL – I must be getting tired. That almost made a modicum of sense.

      Good night all.

Call the Nanny…people somewhere, somehow, are having fun.

Must put a stop to that.

The anti-smoking cohort are concerned that vaping will “re-normalize” smoking. They want vapers to join the other nicotine taking pariahs out of sight, huddled in the cold near rear exits. That way they can feel smug in continuing to heap opprobium on them. They have no concern for their welfare, just that they continue to serve as objects of their venom.

Yet thousands can fill downtown Vancouver with pot smoke on 4/20 and the anti-tobacco hystericalists at Vancouver Silly Hall shell out tax money for police to stand quietly by. One would think smoke is smoke, but apparently not. 😉
