DOJ Using Subpoena to Compel to Disclose Information About Its Anonymous Commenters

This is in the States of course. In Canada we have no First Amendment.

      No, never threaten anyone in a comment. You can insult them (in the U.S., don’t try in Canada. In Canada the site owner would be responsible for insults. Threats would be criminal, I presume).
