France: 7,000 soldiers to permanently patrol sites because Islam is so peaceful…

French President François Hollande announced on Thursday that a 7,000-strong force would be dedicated to patrolling sensitive sites around the country on a permanent basis as the country boosts security in the aftermath of the Paris terror attacks.

You do know sooner or later the Eiffel Tower is coming down in a terrorist attack. It’s unavoidable and the French will pretend weep and scream for a week then entertain proposals to build a mega mosque on the site.

    • More attacks are inevitable in France. It’s only a matter of time. There really is a significant 5th column of Barbarians inside the gates.

      • More attacks are inevitable in all of Western Europe. It’s only a matter of time. There really is a significant 5th column of Barbarians inside the gates.

A Euro Islamic civil war is nearly inevitable at this point.

Yeah, and the country’s elites are utterly incapable of dealing with it.

    • Unfortunately, that is very likely. Remember, 9/11 when they attacked some of the tallest buildings in NYC. And as you say, the authorities will remain wimps to the end.

      • John

Look at the reaction of Hollande and Valls to the atrocities of January.
The Charlie Hebdo corpses were still warm and already these two numpites were waring about an anti-Muslim backlash, a backlash that never happened.
And when Valls decided to post soldiers outside every Jewish institution, community centre and synagogue in France, the muslim community complained ( they were jealous) that they weren’t getting equal security details around mosques, and so the authorities stationed solders outside them as well, and this, even though no real threat existed.
        Utterly clueless.

    • edlancey

and the day after you’ll see lots of “moderate muslims™” walking around with Eiffel Tower t-shirts on – just like you saw plenty of moors wearing NYC baseball caps after 9/11

      so it is written,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I would be surprised if the guns were loaded.

I wonder how much those military patrols cost the taxpayers. Islam diversity does not come cheap.

Worse is the cost to the social fabric by turning the country into an armed camp to protect public safety. One example: the Boston Marathon and other big footraces have had the freedom sucked out with all the security measures which affect both runners and spectators.

    • I often wonder how much all the security precautions in air travel have cost worldwide since 9/11, not to mention all the police, army, politicians, etc. needed nowadays for this purpose, and all the time wasted by travelers everywhere. We have Islam to thank for all these extra expenses and annoyances (not to mention the lives lost). Islam is the foremost evil in the world today.

      • pdxnag

The only “sustainable” way to repel the evil of Islam is to expel all Muslims, not babysit them as their numbers grow.

      • Look at Canada – 600 RCMP officers reassigned to anti-terror duty, that means taken off of ordinary crime files.

The cost in dollars and liberty continues to escalate.

Now Canada is training Jordan’s troops in anti-terror measures.

How much is that costing us?

We aren’t there because of Mormons.

      • Doug Kursk

..and yet the biggest joke is that the people screening you are, more often than not, Muslims.

        • Yeah, that blows my mind too.

  • Justin St.Denis

European historic sites will be targeted and taken out one by one. To boot, Hollywood will make thriller-genre films “based upon actual events” each time. There will be Oscars, and Oscar speeches, in which the words “bravery” and “courage” will figure prominently. Reviews will have said things like “topical” and “raw” and “real”. And still, the dots will not be connected.

    • Waffle

I guess that “liberty, equality, fraternity” meme isn’t working out too well.

  • Mohamsandwich

I suppose there are numerous muzzie members of the French military? How long before one of these muzloids turns on the French?

ISIS members who were once French military:

  • 7000 soldiers because Islam is so peaceful – LOL.
Well, if it was less peaceful (or when it will fully express itself), 500’000 would (will) be needed!

    Liberalism has corrupted
but… have Liberals realized it yet?
    Not everyone is nice…. and
Not everyone believes Liberalism is the best way of living life
Everyone should respect the Muslim religion by letting Muslims stay in their own lands and practicing their faith THERE =
if THEY choose to create a Liberal life style THEY will decide that THEMSELVES
Each culture decides what are good attributes for society = those who have THE PRAISED ATTRIBUTES are the ones that everyone WANTS TO MARRY and those are THE GENES THAT SURVIVE. =
    Mohammad was a warrior =
the attributes of a warrior have been praised in Muslim societies =
the West should but out! ….
HOWEVER, !!! The West has let them live in the WEST and NOW MUST FIGHT =
The WEST needs to get some street smarts

    • Just plain realism and logic in dealing with Islam – that’s all that’s needed. Not much to ask, one would think. But no, our media and politicians want to live in a fantasyland where everyone is sweet and gentle and lovely.

  • John

We,re all in the same boat as France. The more Muslims we import, the more security we’ll need.
These soldiers are a very high profile instances of France’s national security, but how many others are working behind the scenes to foil potential attacks? What we see is but the tip of the iceberg.

    • Actually, France is having difficulty just getting these soldiers on the field. It is very expensive and resources are being truly strained.

    • Waffle

Don’t forget the reverts. What do we do with them?

      • mobuyus

Reverts converts and perverts = islam.

  • pdxnag

You must clear these beachhead positions that the enemy consider to be “liberated” from the evil forces who believe in protection of individual liberty.

  • HJM

When soldiers instead of the police stand guard, then we are already at war.

  • Doug Kursk

What implications does this news hold for Canada? One day, at our current levels of Islamic immigration, we will reach the numbers of Muslims/%pop that France has.

When (not if…) the trouble starts, if we devoted 7000 combat troops to patrol our streets, it would effectively end the CAF as a credible expeditionary force. That total would be approximately half of the pointy end of the stick that Canada can muster (approximately 16k)

At present, Canada does not have enough soldiers, equipment or money to maintain 2500 soldiers in the field for any length of time, as seen during the recent conflict in Afghanistan…can you imagine the costs to field 7000 troops for an indefinite period of time, even on home turf?

We would have to strip every garrison from Comox to Gander to make it workable, as well as calling up every available reservist. I can eventually see national service being enacted.

  • The Goat

    See how diversity strengthens.

  • DMB

France is one step closer to martial law. Auvoir France’s liberal democracy.

  • simus1

Misusing soldiers for PR reasons because politicians are too cowardly to implement effective security plans is something of an art form in Euroland.

  • MRHapla

Congrats Liberal du Francais,,,your open diversitiy-ness has turned your country into an armed military camp
