Most missiles have some sort of launch motor or boost charge to get them out of the tube, then the main motor fires. Looks to me like the main motor never fired. A good ammunition surveillance plan helps prevent this kind of problem.
It is to laugh, you notice how everyone finally decided they didn’t want to be in the video of the failed launch at the end.
