Krystof Wlodarczyk was out for his morning jog, trotting through the woods near Konin, Poland,

When he encountered a poor Mouflon, with his horns entangled in a tree.

Wlodarczyk didn’t think twice before leaping into action. he released the panicked animal. Runner released panicked animal. – I was not afraid, I’ve seen it often has in the forest – he says.

The Mouflon is an ancestor of domestic sheep and also the smallest representative of wild sheep, which is distinguished by large twisted horns.

I see them often said Wlodarczyk, but always from a far. this is the first time i get encounter one at such a short distance. the poor thing was desperately trying to break free. it wasn’t easy bot i was glad i could get it out of there.

Well done. Lucky he didn’t get rammed by those horns.

  • Stupid Polish sheep.

Very sweet. That guy scored some major karma points.

Definitely not as friendly as the local dear around here in Ohio .. I’ve been putting down crack corn since the snow was deep and the dear were struggling for food .. Now I have two deer, I’ve named them Dixie and Daisy, that follow me almost daily… I see them halfway through my walk in the woods with my dog and they follow until I put the food down, its quite funny…….. 😉

Good for him. But,but, but, he killed a tree.

I could have told him he wasn’t going to be able to break that tree by hand. Not unless it was dead.

That sheep can consider itself damn lucky that it wasn’t a Muslim that found it trapped in that position!

I was thinking the same thing. If that guy had been Muslim the sheep would have spent the rest of its days trapped and “entertaining” the local muslims.
