Why deport alleged Muslim terrorist Jahanzeb Malik rather than take to court?

Another undercover agent, another sting, another permanent resident living in Toronto now in custody on allegations of terrorism.

As the jury in the Via Rail terror trial began deliberations Wednesday, news came that the Canadian Border Services Agency is seeking to deport an alleged ISIS sympathizer to Pakistan for plotting to bomb the American Consulate on University Ave. or offices in the financial district downtown.

…But why deport him rather than give him his day in court — as the justice system has done with accused terrorists Raed Jaser, a permanent resident of Palestinian descent, and Chiheb Esseghaier, a PhD student from Tunisia, who now await a jury verdict in the downtown courthouse right across the street from Malik’s alleged target?

It’s a question that has yet to be answered.

He may have ratted others involved in his conspiracy, and being deported rather than charged was his reward for cooperating or he was an ISI agent whose cover was just blown by the press.

“It’s a question that has yet to be answered.”

Actually it’s a question that doesn’t need to be asked.

He needs no day in court, what he needs is a double tap center mass by a CSIS contractor in some dark alley…
