Justin Trudeau rolls dice in accusing Stephen Harper of deliberately fostering prejudice against Muslims

Liberal leader Justin Trudeau this week made perhaps the boldest move of his political career — one that could rally Canadians to his side in the upcoming election, or merely solidify the support that Prime Minister Stephen Harper is counting on for re-election.

So I guess its ok to wear a german helmet to these ceremonies, since his father thought it was ok.

The issue Jt will have is many of these left leaning people are very anti jewish what will he do if some call for banning of the jewish from coming to Canada.

  • Vote for S. Harper. Do not vote for J. Trudeau. If you love Canada. If you love life and liberty.

    • lolwut?

Nah, a few years of Trudeau would likely do wonders for waking people up.

      • David

On the contrary, it will speed up our demise.

        • lolwut?

Right now we have a slow motion invasion, so long as it stays that way
people will go about their lives like nothing is wrong.

That’s what happened in Europe, a slow steady stream that turned into a flood, now it’s too late to avoid the coming civil war that needs to be fought to clean house.

Like ISIS, Trudeau will put a fire under everyone’s feet and force them to open their eyes and say, wait a minute, what’s going on.

Comfort and security has made us weak, put us into a deep sleep.

          • truepeers

If 9/11 didn’t wake people up… Once people have bought into a “victim”-centred ideology they usually double down when bad stuff happens, instead of waking up. To wake up you need to grasp at a deep spiritual and intellectual level the Judeo-Christian alternative. Trudeau won’t ever provide for that, of course (he refuses to suggest his Catholicism a guide for others) and why do you think it will inevitably emerge from the mess he double downs on? People can live in barbarism for centuries… Waking up is work we have to do but there are no guarantees.

      • God forbid that cretin is elected.

        • lolwut?

Sadly it needs to happen and then people will truly learn
what the left is all about.

A few years of Trudeau might just keep the liberals and NDP out of power for good once their time is up.

Give them enough rope and they hang themselves.

          • Waffle

So, is the waking up business working in Ontario while Kathleen destroys our economy and our children?

      • The election of Obama did not wake people up. They reelected him, even as he is destroying the US at a brisk pace. Including opening its borders to immigration and the White House to the Moslem Brotherhood. People need to wake up before not after such people are elected, or they never will wake up.

        • lolwut?

Which is why ISIS and Trudeau getting into power are a good thing
          in the long run.

A good hard punch in the head is what people need to finally wake up the reality of what’s going on.

Trudeau is a narcissist. let him have some power and he’ll bury the Liberals for good.

          • What you’re saying is like someone saying “get cancer like this you’ll know how bad it is, and you’ll try hard to get rid of it” ! Is this sound reasoning? It is nonsense.

          • lolwut?

Trudeau as PM will spell the end of the Liberal parties chances of ever being elected again.

You just have to be willing to put up with him for a few years.

The NDP are where they are now because they burned their last bridge years ago. let the liberals do the same.

Canada can survive Justin as PM for a little while. he is not his father, never will be.

          • MRHapla

True, but a cancer scare might be beneficial. Obozo may serve a useful purpose is burning off the patina of PC BS

      • MRHapla

Obozo’s reign of terror has certainly focused the attention and burned off the polite blinders,,,,,,

    • The problem is that we are stuck with choosing between two evils with regard to the Muslim policies. On one hand, Justin Trudeau is willing to defend Muslim fanaticism; on the other hand, Jason Kenney is proud that Canada took in 300,000 Muslims since 2006. The choices – supporting extremism or facilitating a slow invasion – look equally bad to me.

      • lolwut?

A slow invasion is what most Muslims want, it’s the reason why many Imams are pissed at ISIS for putting a spotlight on them.

Trudeau as Prime Minister + ISIS = A bucket of cold water in the face of a sleeping west.

He’s narcissistic to the extreme and dumb as a rock
Trudeau could put the Liberals down for good given real power.

Liberals with brains know this but it’s too late, they have too much invested in him and his name.

        • Waffle

“Liberals with brains”? Isn’t that the ultimate oxymoron?

          • lolwut?

Well, the ones that can add 2 and 2 together, held jobs more difficult and challenging then Drama teacher. The ones that earned a living without a million dollar trust fund to fall back on.

He’ll blow up in their faces if he gains real power, not the fake power he currently wields in the Liberal party.

If he gets elected as PM his Narcissism will go into overdrive and he’ll cut the few puppet strings that he still has attached to him.

          • lolwut – sorry to say I disagree with you – your fantasies of people having their eyes opened wide after the fact are absurd – after the fact is already too late. History is full of descents into hell – once the momentum starts it is not as easy as you imagine to slow it let alone reverse it. Rather hope and pray that Trudeau does not get elected – unless in truth you wish him to be.

          • lolwut?

Hear, hear! Support the lesser evil then instead of the greater evil? I’m at a loss.

Those 300,000 Muslims will breed like rats, there is the unspoken danger.

This globalist, multiculturalist, relativist, opportunistic living commercial of shampoo and conditioner with a famous surname is showing his true colours. Way to go, Justin “Jihad” Trudeau!

  • Censored_often

Is this the “man” a majority of Canadians want to be PM in a day and age of the global jihad?

    • No Bloody way do I want that clown elected.

But no, he’ll be our next Prime Minister.

I truly hope you’re wrong but I sense deep down that you might be right. He’ll have the endorsement of every Muslim in the nation with the possible exception of Tarek Fatah. *sigh*

  • David Murrell

I do not know National Post writer Mark Kennedy very well (coming back as a subscriber, after a year’s absence), but he sounds a bit neutral in all of this. But Ayn Rand once said — in one of her novels — “Never get angry at anyone who tells the truth”. And here, in this National Post piece, Mr. Kennedy might be telling the truth that the “niqab rights” issue might be an important issue in the upcoming October election.

What do people think? This might work in the Conservatives’ favour. Virtually everything else going on, politically, is working against Stephen Harper.

    • Censored_often

Sadly, I believe a majority of Canadians are uneducated about the global Jihad and how Muslim immigration is part and parcel of this intentional global assault on western democracies.

Specifically, re: the niqab, I believe our leftist multicultural jibberish has brainwashed a great deal of Canadians, too, and this might backfire on the Conservatives and work in True-Dough’s favour.

    • I think it will, The Liberals are still the Toronto Party and I expect few gains to be made in the west, especially with oil still in the doldrums, the rest of Canada better understands Islam that the Quislings who advise Justin.

    • truepeers

White guilt is a very powerful force that Trudeau is tieing his fortunes to, to the hypocrisy that you can denounce western centrism and still live with the fruits of its historical achievements.

But electorally it’s all paradoxical. Note how in the US the last congressional elections suggested a historical rout for the republicans over the “victim” party, to a degree unseen since FDR. On the other hand Obama and co continue on as if nothing happened and Republicans seem unable to seriously contest the left’s claims to the moral high ground.

      • Exile1981

The repubs don’t want to stand up to Obama.

  • Do you really think 100% of Saudi Arabian women “choose” to wear Islamic head garb?

Do you think it might be possible some Saudi woman wold rather shop at Nordstrom than the “Burka Store”?

Islam is a deceptive ideology. Islam slowly suffocates a society. Islam slowly takes away choice, and replaces it with “religious totalitarianism”.

Well meaning Westerners ignore Islamic reality at their own peril. Political correctness has shut off “cold hard discussion” on the most important issue facing the world – Islam.

Trudeau’s statements on Islam only prove he is not competent to lead Canada. He is either incapable of viewing the bigger picture (tell me how, once peaceful, Buddhist/Hindu Afghanistan is better off with Islam) or he is a vote whoring politician willing to sell out his country for Muslim votes.

Look at Western Europe. Mass Muslim immigration has created “no go-zones”, Charlie Hebdo murders, demands for Sharia law, terror attacks and widespread social stress.

Is this what Canada wants? Justin Trudeau is a big enough fool to lead Canada there

    • jayme

I have been told by many on the left Islam is the future of Canada.

Will the Muslims in power formally change the name to Canuckistan? Or will we be known as the Islamic State of Canuckistan?

Harper is doing what thousands of Canadians are asking him to do…..that’s his job. Thousands of people are demanding less muslims in Canada.

    • Ho Hum

Actually the problem is Harper is NOT doing what Canadians want him to do. Harper has brought into Canada record number of Muslims – 300,000 since 2006 according to boastful tweets from his former minister of immigration Jason Kenney:

      Jason Kenney ن ✔ @jkenneyFollow

Justin: Liberal govt admitted 5000 Jews fleeing the Shoah 1939-45. Conservative govt has admitted over 300,000 Muslim immigrants since 2006

      Jason Kenney ن ✔ @jkenneyFollow

I’m proud to belong to the party that elected the first Canadian Muslim MP & has the first Sunni Muslim Senator.

      10:03 AM – 10 Mar 2015

      Jason Kenney ن ✔ @jkenneyFollow

J Trudeau’s remarks are particularly odious given that his Ontario Liberal friends ran a dog whistle campaign against Muslim schools in 2007

[So if Jason Kenney had his way we would have taxpayer funded Islamic Madrasas as proposed by John Tory]

      • Censored_often

Hear, hear! Well written! The Conservatives are truly a bad joke with respect to Muslim immigration.

  • Ron MacDonald

Trudeau, a man of few accomplishments, gets all the MSM’s attention while the leader of the Official Opposition, Mulcair, is ignored.

  • Morticiaa

Where is all the backlash from us the majority of Canadians who agree with Harper and are sick and tired of these crackpots including all the islamics who dress in costumes with their heads covered
    Harper is right
Most Canadians are sick and tired of these crackpots who refuse to integrate
And refuse to acknowledge the values of Canada as their values
Canadians are sick of the over immigration of people who’s only desire is to change the very fabric of the land they come to, as enemies they join a collective of enemies within, the ghettos of refugees and scum that hate us and everything
We stand for…who lie in wait for war from within…who play on the stupidity of the left and the liberal minds. ( ops oxymoron liberal masses lack minds and operate as one flowing molten mass fuelled by dramatic idiocy)
Why do all the news channels cover all the extremist positions and support the NDP and liberals in their political bullshit comments about supporting all the cultural relativism….. It is so sad and so disgusting that so many fools support
Gender apartheid under the guise of tolerance… I guess we just have to wait till the next election when all the crackpot voices are shut down once again
Three cheers for Harper and Kenny

  • MRHapla

No, the Muslim pretty much do it to themselves.

The prejudice is baked into Islam, only we in the non-PCLib world call it a rational response to a careful evaluation of a batshit crazy-psychotic ideology.
